Finally went and saw American Sniper
Um, this is one of the most anti-war films I’ve ever seen.
I suspect those who call it racist and pro-war are the same type of folks who think “Born in the USA” by Bruce is a patriotic song.
Even I remember the 80s. Reagan, during his campaign, was playing “Born in the USA”. Even then, at like age 10, I was all “Has he listened to the lyrics?”

Dude I really like you, but I hate this concept of “real” anything
It devalues aspects of life. Like yes, porn actors are acting, but the women in the porn aren’t androids or paintings. Like they exist they are real.
This question of real comes up way to often. this is real music, real communication, “real” real. Its all real, just not the way you like it.
Fuck, dude (or dudett, whatever), you have much staked upon the word REAL. How about I get to use the world “real” in the way I want and you, like, shut up about it?

It’s true, I had a severe porn addiction that I hated about myself. I think porn is terrible for women, who are exploited and used like product, as well as for men, who are addicts and dupes.
I hated porn, and still do. It’s the biggest lie going.
No, I haven’t used porn. I think I have done the manly thing and set it aside.
The WEAKNESS is what bothered me the most, how I couldn’t stop watching it, jacking off to it. It was like a daily thing, right up there with lunch or takin’ a shit.
Porn presents a horrible vision of women AND men, and I am proud to say I haven’t watched it since, I don’t know, NOvember, 2014?
