Pick Three Things to Do Each Day During Self-Quarantine

In my first week of self-isolation during the coronavirus, I have found it challenging to set up a new routine. I am self-employed and was already accustomed to working at home so it surprised me that I found it difficult to create a schedule that felt satisfying. I felt scattered and anxious, which reduced my focus.

Plastic clutter is overflowing in our supermarkets and landfills.

This week we will talk about plastics use and reusables. Our plastic usage has gotten out of control and is killing wildlife and filling our oceans and landfills. I read an article in Forbes about a dead whale filled with plastic. The article is entitled Yet Another Dead Whale is Grave Reminder of our Massive Plastic Problem. Seeing the plastic flowing out of the dead whale’s mouth was tragic.

It is time to assess our habits....
