This is the end: RAPTURE UK Cover Reveal, Release Date

It’s sometimes difficult to remember that the Bel Dame Aprocrypha isn’t quite wrapped up in the UK as yet. But we’re just about there? For those who’ve been waiting to complete the set, the final volume of the series, RAPTURE, will be out from Del Rey UK on February 26th, 2015. The ebook should be out a bit before that, so stay tuned.

On Responding to Reviews

I’ve been asked a few times recently – certainly more than I was asked with God’s War , Infidel andRapture – to address specific responses to THE MIRROR EMPIRE.We all like a good author meltdown, I suppose. I think what some folks don’t realize is 1) this ain’t my first rodeo, and I’m very good at sorting GamerGate style trolls/imposters from real responses 2) I’m a pro author with a book due in February, and I seriously have better things to do.

Today ends the 5-week whirlwind that was the dedicated promotion period I gave over to THE MIRROR EMPIRE.

How am I still standing?

Well, I didn’t give myself much choice.

Bookplates ahoy! Barnes & Noble Promo Prizes are in Transit

Thanks to everyone who took advantage of the Barnes and Noble promotion that ran the first two weeks of release of THE MIRROR EMPIRE.

THE MIRROR EMPIRE: Reprint Delays, Rumor Mill, etc.

So back in June Angry Robot Books, publisher of THE MIRROR EMPIRE, closed its ancillary imprints, Exhibit A and Strange Chemistry. This was part of a wider cost-cutting exercise initiated by Osprey, Angry Robot’s parent company, which was going up for sale along with Angry Robot. Angry Robot has since pushed out its fall releases while wheels turn behind the scenes on this. Now you know about as much as I do about that, all of which is public knowledge.
