‘I once came across a tree with magnificent leaves of gold, and fruit red as shining rubies. The nearby village told me I would be forever cursed for eating the fruit, but that’s nonsense. I simply wanted a branch to keep in my window, and it’s a blessing every time I look on it.’

reminder that 30...
reminder that 30 isnât old, itâs very normal to not accomplish everything in your 20s, and that it is never too late to learn that thing youâve always wanted to learn. youâre always growing. thatâs a good thing.Â
Who the hell accomplishes everything in their 20s? Who made that a thing?
I was 48 when I started my apprenticeship to become a tattoo artist. I was 50 when I married the love of my life.
Youâve got time.
I needed this right now. Iâve got time!!!
I didnât get my first book published until I was 38. At 53, Iâm about to sign a contract for my tenth. You have time.
Thank you for this.
I didnât publish Receiver of Many until I was 34.
Trust me, you have time.
Furthermore, making decisions related to how much you think you should have accomplished based on how many times youâve gone spinning around the sun is a universally bad idea.
