Big Hero 6 Movie Review
Five geeks and one personal medical assistant robot make for an unlikely bunch of heroes.
This film is all heart. It has a very gentle spirit and solid relationships among the characters. Love your family and stick by your friends is a great message.
The animation is the best so far this year. You don’t want to miss it in 3D.
The humor is spot on. Robot Baymax steals the show, both with his actions and words. (‘We jumped out a window!’ is one of the best.) Fred the fanb...

Interstellar Movie Review
The earth is dying and a group of explorers is sent through a wormhole to find a new home. Directed by Christopher Nolan and starring Matthew McConaughey.
Interstellar is a unique film. It has the feel of 2001: A Space Odyssey and tackles some really big concepts – worm holes, relativity, gravity, and time.
The effects are amazing, especially those of the worm...

Riff Trax Live!
Worth every penny! (That’s Bill and Kevin in the photo.)
For those who wonder – what is RiffTrax? – here is the skinny:
Twenty-four years ago, Mystery Science Theater 3000 started, and it was a man and two robots making fun of bad movies. (You could see their silhouettes in the bottom corner.) When MST3K ended its very long run, the three guys started RiffTrax. They recorded the same snarky dialogue and jokes for hundreds of movies, good or bad. You download their riff and sync...

The Book of Life movie review
Manolo, a young man who is torn between fulfilling the expectations of his family and following his heart, embarks on an adventure that spans three fantastic worlds where he must face his greatest fears.
The animation is truly unique and I recommend seeing it in 3D. The Land of the Remembered is colorful and stunning.
