I want to let you know that quitting alcohol cold turkey CAN be fatal. I am not sure if you're aware of that, or not. Detox is usually what you have to go through. I don't mean to come off as thinking you're ignorant of the consequences of it, but my mothe

Yup, it certainly can be fatal, but fortunately I have not been drinking nearly enough for that. Even when drinking throughout the day, I’d rarely put away a whole 750ml. Since I’m not crazy about being piss-drunk and the accompanying sickness, wooziness, and lack of control, I got pretty good at controlling my intake so I’d stay reallllllly buzzed.

I was definitely having to put away more just to stay buzzed toward the end there, so had I not stopped I’d definitely be drinking a bottle a day sooner or later.
