The Writing Life

I have to write.Some people have to make art or compose music or do yoga or sing.I have to write.Writing holds me together, it holds my life together. It’s my work and it’s my escape and it’s a joy and it’s a bad literary puzzle.I knew I wanted to write when I was sixteen. Standing in a River Reading

READING IN A RIVER.

Yes, that is the wild Deschutes River here in Oregon. Innocent Husband “captained” our drift boat with help from Adventurous Singing Daughter and Darling Laughing Son.

Perhaps I SHOULD have been fishing (dull) but I WANTED to read a book (Fun), so that’s what I did. I have a feeling all of you will understand…Yay books!
