Rockstar Ghost Published!
This is the cover art for my new paranormal romance novel Rockstar Ghost. The cover art was done by Kyoux.
Book summary-
Rosalie Galloway is a gloomy girl who fully believes her life is cursed. She suffers from social anxiety, lives in the ghetto of LA alone in a small apartment with her five black cats, dreams of becoming a nurse so that she can help her father who is dying of cancer, and, oh yeah…she can see ghosts. Just when things seem like they couldn’t possibly get any worse, Rosalie encounters the ghost of a famous rockstar while reminiscing on Rodeo Drive; Blake White – the ex-lead singer of the popular, American punk rock band: Erotic Corpses.
Rosalie doesn’t want to get herself mixed up with the arrogant ghost but Blake manages to blackmail the medium into helping him investigate the mystery of his murder so he can get his revenge. Blake pushes Rosalie to get hired by Wraythe Records, and has her pose as a stylist so that she can get as close as possible to the potential murder suspects. Anyone closest to Blake is under suspicion, including his ex-band mates: the stoic lead guitarist Devon Decayn, the cheerful bassist Joey Bones, and the playboy drummer Vincent Sangre. In order to uncover the truth, Rosalie will have to go on dates with Blake’s handsome band mates…even though she’s never even had a boyfriend before!

I’ve been waiting for the live action Rurouni Kenshin mo...
I’ve been waiting for the live action Rurouni Kenshin movie to become available on DVD and finally – it’s HERE! I usually don’t like it when animes are turned into movies but they did a pretty good job on this one. Takeru Sato who plays Himura Kenshin really brought Kenshin to light perfectly. Emi Takei did a good job portraying Maiya Kaoru and they included her classic line: “A sword is a tool to protect people with”.

Ao No Exorcist The Movie
Oooo no one told me they made an Ao no Exorcist Movie!! I just watched it. The movie brought in a new character – a demon rabbit named Usamaru, and Rin ended up being charged with taking care of it. Usamaru has the power to erase people’s memories though and ends up creating some chaos in this town. Will Rin be able to reach the demon’s heart before the town is destroyed? Or…you’ll have to watch and find out!

This is page 2 of the little comic I did for Dinmoney’s Samurai Genji Swimsuit Contest! I sketched these drawings first with Derwent Graphic soft pencils. They’re very soft so you don’t get tired while drawing and you can draw for hours!

My artist friend Geoff Trebs aka dinmoney is having a drawing contest: Samurai Genji Swimsuit Contest: to promote his original comic series “Samurai Genji” also known as “SAM GEN”. When I heard “Samurai Genji” and “Swimsuit” this four page comic popped into my head! This was created using the Pentel Arts Pocket Brush Pen, I sketched it first with Derwent soft Graphic pencils, and I used a Staedtler sharpener so the pencils don’t break.
