A Quick Update

Why I’ll Never Buy from Georgia’s PeachMac Again

Every now and then, you have a customer service experience that is so amazing you have to blog about it. This isn’t that story. It has a happy ending, but PeachMac has absolutely no part in that happy ending. In fact, if it wasn’t for another Apple retailer who had no responsibility in the matter, this story would have a very different ending altogether.
