Leipzig Sketches VIII

I've never been asked to draw John Constantine in my life before, but in Germany I was asked to draw two of him within a half hour of one another.

Leipzig Sketches V

There were a bunch of these – I think one representative sketch will do.

Leipzig Sketches IV

This is the German editor of Panini's Doctor Who line, Steffen Volkmer, as the Doctor.

Leipzig Sketches III

This was a slightly unusual request, basically a copied photo. Not my usual skill set, but I think it came out okay.

Leipzig Sketches II

As I was in Germany to promote the German edition of Doctor Who: Prisoners of Time, in which I drew a chapter, there were a lot of Doctor Who-related sketch requests – mainly David Tennant and Matt Smith, but a few Capaldis and Ecclestons as well (and at least one Tom Baker). Here's one of the Smiths.

Leipzig Sketches I

Back from Leipzig late on Sunday night/early Monday morning. I had a great time, met some lovely people and caught up with some old friends. I also did a ton of sketches. I didn't take photos of all of them because of the sheer rate at which I was cranking them out, but I kept a record of some of the nicer ones. More to follow shortly.
