Level of Consciousness is more important than Ethnicity

The Lewis Model postulates communication differences from warm to cool across cultures. Even though I’ve been familiar with this model for decades, I’ve never taught it in corporate communication courses – not even intercultural ones. To me, levels of consciousness is a more reliable indicator of behavior than race & culture. Also, it’s better if no human being is this predictable.
