Federal Law Prohibits Mandates of Emergency Use COVID Vaccines, Tests, Masks — 3 Resources You Can Use to Inform Your School or Employer

Under federal law, employers and universities cannot legally mandate COVID vaccines because they are unlicensed Emergency Use Authorization products which are, by definition, experimental.
With more than 100 U.S. colleges mandating COVID vaccines for in-person attendance and schools enforcing mask mandates, it’s critical people understand their rights.The bottom line is this: mandating products authorized for Emergency Use Authorization status (EUA) violates federal law as detailed in the following legal notifications.
All COVID vaccines, COVID PCR and antigen tests, and masks are merely EUA-authorized, not approved or licensed, by the federal government. Long-term safety and efficacy have not been proven.
EUA products are by definition experimental, which requires people be given the right to refuse them. Under the Nuremberg Code, the foundation of ethical medicine, no one may be coerced to participate in a medical experiment. Consent of the individual is “absolutely essential.”
Earlier this year, Mary Holland, Children’s Health Defense president and general counsel, and attorney Greg Glaser stated that federal law prohibits employers from mandating EUA COVID vaccines (or EUA COVID-19 tests or masks).
Holland and Glaser wrote:
“If a vaccine has been issued EUA by the FDA, it is not fully licensed and must be voluntary. A private party, such as an employer, school or hospital cannot circumvent the EUA law, which prohibits mandates. Indeed, the EUA law preventing mandates is so explicit that there is only one precedent case regarding an attempt to mandate an EUA vaccine.”
What to do if your school or employer says you must get the COVID vaccine
The Children’s Health Defense legal team has written three legal notifications that anyone faced with a COVID vaccine, COVID test or mask mandate can use to inform employers and universities that they are violating federal law. You can download the three notifications here.
All of the notifications include this language:
“Federal law, Title 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(I-III) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, states the following about products granted emergency authorization usage:
Individuals to whom the product is administered are informed—
(I) that the Secretary has authorized the emergency use of the product;
(II) of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and
(III) of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.
Any entity or organization that requires EUA COVID-19 vaccinations, COVID-19 tests or masks are in violation of federal law, and will likely face lawsuits if they don’t allow exemptions or alternatives.”
Submitting the notices prepared by Children’s Health Defense is the first step prior to seeking an exemption or taking legal action.

It’s critical to stand against mandates and preserve legally protected, fundamental human rights on issues related to health freedom. Don’t fall prey to coercion and pressure, use the resources available to protect your legal rights.

This documentary explores how for-profit corporate capitalist culture tries to deliberately transform boys into sexist men.
It begins by looking at the role MTV* and other media outlets play in teaching men how to “womanize.” When MTV was first founded in 1981, its major focus was music videos. devoted to playing music videos. In recent years, it has mainly featured reality TV programs about drinking and womanizing, like Jersey Shore and Spring Break. In these and similar shows, the primary role of women is to serve as sex objects and compete for the attention of men.
According to filmmakers, college fraternities go one step further, with their notorious “bros and hos” and “No means yes and yes means anal” parties, to promote a literal rape culture. In this environment, committing date rape (by getting naive women drunk and/or slipping “ruffies”** into their drinks) is considered a rite of passage.
Rape, occurring mainly in freshman women, has reached crisis point on many US university campuses. In 84% of cases, victims know their assailants. College age women are four times more likely to be raped than any other age group, with 56% of college males stating they would commit rape if they thought they could get away with it.
The documentary also blames dysfunctional attitudes towards women on Internet pornography, which is now the main form of sex education for US adolescent males. Internet pornography typically depicts women as sex starved and saying no as a form of flirting. Especially concerning is the extremely popular “Gonzo Porn,” a type of hate porn that glorifies rape. Many college age men are so immersed in Internet porn that they become impotent in face-to-face sexual interactions.

AstraZeneca Woes Persist as Vaccine Side Effects Generate Headlines

AstraZeneca’s COVID vaccine, not yet authorized in the U.S., continues to generate negative press in other countries related to reports of adverse side effects.
As The Defender reported today, musician Eric Clapton said he suffered “disastrous” side effects after getting the vaccine.
Other recent news stories include reports in India of 26 cases of blood clots related to AstraZeneca, and from British Columbia, the report of a 43-year-old man recovering from complications due to a blood clot he developed after taking the vaccine.
In Indonesia, health officials said they suspended a batch of AstraZeneca following the death of a 22-year-old man.
‘Healthy’ man loses half of his intestine
A formerly healthy 43-year-old man from British Columbia is in the hospital recovering from complications following a rare blood clot after vaccination with AstraZeneca, according to CBC News.
Shaun Mulldoon received the shot on April 22. He later developed symptoms including nausea, headache, fever and vomiting. On May 8, Mulldoon observed blood in his vomit and stools, prompting him to seek emergency medical care.
Doctors discovered a blood clot in Mulldoon’s abdomen and performed emergency surgery during which they removed two meters of his small intestine.
Doctors said Mulldoon was a victim of an unusual and severe syndrome tied to AstraZeneca’s vaccine known as vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT). Symptoms include severe headache, pain, swollen limbs, nausea, vomiting and shortness of breath.
Mulldoon believes he wasn’t adequately warned of the vaccine’s risks or protected from them. He posted on social media that he wished he’d had more insight into the “worse case scenario.”
“Seventeen days after my vaccine [I] ended up going into emergency surgery to remove over six feet of my small intestine. I had a massive blood clot. Second surgery two days later to remove more. My surgeon told me it was very close.”

Eric Clapton ‘Feared He Would Never Play Again’ After AstraZeneca Vaccine, Says ‘Propaganda’ Overstated Safety

The 76-year-old musician, who lives in the UK, said “propaganda” described the AstraZeneca vaccine as “safe for everyone.” In the U.S., vaccine makers are running ad campaigns on TV and social media targeting the vaccine-hesitant.
Eric Clapton said he had a “disastrous” health experience after receiving the AstraZeneca COVID vaccine, and the 76-year-old musician blamed propaganda for overstating the vaccine’s safety, Rolling Stone reported.
Clapton detailed his experience with AstraZeneca in a letter to Italian architect Robin Monotti, who shared it May 12 on Twitter.
In February, Clapton said he took his first dose of AstraZeneca and immediately suffered severe reactions lasting 10 days. About six weeks later he was offered and took the second dose, but with a little more knowledge of the dangers.
“Needless to say the reactions were disastrous, my hands and feet were either frozen, numb or burning, and pretty much useless for two weeks. I feared I would never play again,” Clapton said. “But the propaganda said the vaccine was safe for everyone.”
Clapton suffers from peripheral neuropathy and said he should never have gotten the jab. Peripheral neuropathy occurs as a result of damage to the nerves outside of the brain and spinal cord (peripheral nerves). It often causes weakness, numbness and pain, usually in the hands and feet, and can also affect other areas of the body.
Clapton said he met a member of an online group who counseled him to be careful and look at what’s going on.
“I felt like a veil had been lifted, that I was no longer alone, that it was okay, in fact essential, to hold on to my intuition and follow my heart,” Clapton said. “I continue to tread the path of passive rebellion and try to tow the line in order to be able to actively love my family, but it’s hard to bite my tongue with what I now know,” he added.

Senator Rand Paul: NIH Financed Dangerous “Gain of Function” Virus Studies in Wuhan – Watts Up With That?

Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., claimed on Wednesday that Dr. Anthony Fauci lied to Congress when he denied that the National Institute of Health was funding research at the controversial Wuhan lab.
While speaking to co-host Bill Hemmer, Paul elaborated on his allegation and claimed that Dr. Shi Zhengli, the Wuhan-based ‘bat woman’ virologist who researched coronavirus variants in animals, wrote a paper that MIT scientists surmised was referencing gain-of-function research (making pathogens deadlier or more easily transmissible).
Paul claims that the paper acknowledged that their funding came from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID), a subset of the NIH where Dr. Fauci is the director.
