Ties trade deficit to deployment costs in speech to donors
Jason Ditz Posted onCategoriesNewsTagsSouth Korea, TrumpPresident Trump’s Wednesday fundraiser in Missouri is raising eyebrows in the news, as he suggested to donors that he is considering withdrawing US troops from South Korea if he can’t get a better trade deal out of their government.
Trump didn’t go into tremendous details about whether this meant a full withdrawal or a drawdown, and a lot of analysts were very dismissive of the report, suggesting it was an empty threat and just a negotiating tactic.
Trump, however, is known to take trade deficits seriously, and directly ties those to the cost of having 32,000 US troops in South Korea, saying “we lose money on trade, and we lose money on the military.” During his 2016 campaign, Trump repeatedly expressed annoyance that the…

Keystone Pipeline Leaks Nearly Quarter Million Gallons of Oil in South Dakota
Donald Trump issued a federal permit for the pipeline in March 2017 after nationwide protests forced the Obama administration to reject it.
Here’s a bit of news that the operators of the Keystone Pipeline would like to keep under wraps: TransCanada Corp’s Keystone pipeline leaked apx 210,000 gallons of oil in north-eastern South Dakota, the company and state regulators reported on Thursday.
Crews shut down the pipeline on Thursday morning and activated emergency response procedures after a drop in pressure was detected resulting from the leak south of a pump station in Marshall County, TransCanada said in a statement. The cause was being investigated.
Officials do not believe the leak affected any surface water bodies or threatened any drinking water systems from the spill on to agricultural land, said Brian Walsh, an environmental scientist manager at the South Dakota department of environment and natural resources, which has dispatched a staff member to the site.
“Ultimately, the cleanup responsibility lies with TransCanada, and they’ll have to clean it up in compliance with our…

UK: Jeremy Corbyn proves himself to be true statesman as the Tories ratchet up tensions
Former British ambassador to Uzbekistan Craig Murray also questions government statements, suggesting novichoks can be “manufactured from common ingredients on any scientific bench,” that the programme was based in Uzbekistan not Russia and that its legacy was inherited by the US during its alliance with President Islam Karimov.

FRANCE has been knocked into shape by its Nato allies, joining Britain, the US and Germany in declaring Russia “culpable” for the nerve agent poisoning of Sergei and Yulia Skripal in Salisbury.
President Emmanuel Macron has dropped his previous reasonable insistence that Theresa May’s government present “definitive conclusions” before any action was taken.

Ameria’s Guns: Secret Pipeline to Syria
America’s Guns: Secret Pipeline to Syria
Al Jazeera (2018)
Film Review
This documentary concerns a recent investigation into a gun smuggling operation in which the Pentagon contracts with Miami arms dealers to procure Soviet-style weapons from Bulgaria, Croatia and Serbia and secretly ship them to “moderate” rebels in Syria. Once they arrive in Syria, the “moderate” rebels frequently hand the weapons on to Al-Nusra (al-Qaeda) and ISIS militants who fight alongside them.
The investigation reveals that the US Department of Defense has a preference for old Soviet-style weapons because a) they are cheaper and easier to operate and b) they are harder to trace back to the US government. Thus it would appear the US government is fully aware their weapons are ending up in the hands of ISIS terrorists. The US government even has a technical term – “operational necessity” – for this type of subterfuge.
The Pentagon also uses private companies to train the Syrian rebels in the use of these weapons.
This secret arms smuggling network first came to public attention after one the private special operations contractors (involved in training Syrian rebels) sued the US government for injuries he received in a freak explosion.

Framing Putin: Pathetic Drama in UK, the Land of Shakespeare
‘Is it possible that the entire story is bullsh*t? This nerve agent is supposed to be super deadly, but the UK government advised people near the area to use “baby wipes“, “warm water” and “detergents” to clean their belongings. Really?’

How dumb are the masses of the world? One just has to look at the brazen, obvious false flag incidents that the elites keep piling on. Trained to be consumers of sensational news, the idiotic population of the West simply accepts allegations without thinking or analysis.
Let’s take a brief look at the allegation that Putin/Kremlin/Russia used a deadly chemical weapon (called “Novichok“) against an ex-Russian spy who has been living in the UK for eight years. Within hours after the incident, the UK foreign minister – bozo Boris Johnson – claimed that Russia was behind the attack. Then Theresa May said it’s “highly likely” that Russia did it; and everyone translated that into “definitely Russia did it.” Now, of course, crazed loony bin Nikki Haley has joined the chorus.
Who has Novichok? Yes, Novichok was invented and produced by the USSR in…

Researcher Discovers a New Non-toxic Approach to Cancer Management
The ketogenic diet as a potential non-toxic cancer treatment.

Anna Hunt, Staff Writer
Waking Times
Dr. Dominic D’Agostino did not set out to find a treatment for cancer. Yet, during his research into the treatment of seizures, he found a possible non-toxic alternative approach to cancer management. D’Agostino discovered that eliminating carbohydrates from the diet could starve cancer cells.
An Unexpected Discovery
Dr. D’Agostino is an Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, Molecular Pharmacology & Physiology. He was commissioned by the Navy Seals to help solve the problem of unexpected seizures that occur in a high-oxygen and high-pressure environment (ie. such as deep-sea diving).
His research led D’Agostino to compare the brain to a hybrid engine. It typically uses glucose as its primary source of energy. When glucose is limited, it can use ketones as an alternative fuel source. This why the ketogenic diet is effective in treating seizures in individuals suffering…
