Everything Wrong with Congress

There is a series of YouTube videos called “Everything Wrong With….” which attempts to summarize the skewed and gaping highlights, conclusions, plot holes, gaffes,  and illogic of most Hollywood productions made in the last few decades. It covers the cinematic gamut from science fiction, such as The Martian, to children’s films such as Toy Story, action films such Skyfall, and TV series, such as The X Files and The Walking Dead , “family” films such as Home Alone, and horror films such as Scream. The videos are narrated, rapidly and often sarcastically, by an American and a Briton.  It’s eye-opening and often amusing.  The series points out the volume and level of schlock Hollywood has churned out. It awards “sins” – or negative points – for a film’s defiance of reason and continuity in a plot, or lack of one.  Most of the films and TV shows reviewed earn at least a hundred of more “sins.”






The 16th Congress deserves a video tagged, “Everything Wrong With Congress,” in ten minutes. It would score at least a thousand “sins.”




First, the Democrats won the House in the 2018 election. They took over the chamber with jubilation, led by Nancy Pelosi, as the repeat Speaker of the House, with the express purpose of stopping, confounding, or destroying Donald Trump at every chance and for the most lightweight  and specious reason.




In this video, Pelosi would rail against those “dark special interests” (one of which she is) lurking in every corner on Capitol Hill and vows that she will lead the fight in the House to defeat them, and uphold and improve every government program in existence for the people. Those “dark special interests” are also known as the “Deep State.” She would mention, of course, her “moral” opposition to Trump’s wall at the Southern border.




The video would show Pelosi declaring it was unfair and unethical for Trump to mention her walled Napa estate and two vineyards, both of which are worked by illegal and legal immigrants. Her house and others she owns are walled to repel the immigrant and American hoi polloi.

  Steve Stanford wrote  in “Saul Alinsky's 'Rules For Radicals' Are Now Full-Bore In Play: These Rules Explain Everything The Democrats Do”, quoting Alinsky’s 2nd rule Rules for Radicals :

Just days ago following President Trump's border security speech, Charles Schumer and Nancy Pelosi attempted a response that not only turned into viral memes across America but led to their own leftist-media to ridicule them.



Both Schumer and Pelosi had stepped out of their field of expertise on border security, with Schumer's remarks completely contradicting remarks that he had made just a few years ago while Pelosi has lived her entire life behind one fence or wall or another




If you listened blindfolded to Schumer’s condemnation of a borderless Southern border, you might, with all justice, think that Trump wrote his script.



And as the many viral meme's of their speech showed, both Schumer and Pelosi wore the looks of confusion, fear and retreat, as if President Trump had somehow taken away all of their mojo and used their own rules against them. 




If such a video was ever made, Pelosi should be shown with a frozen “deer in the headlights” stare. Schumer should be shown looking bored and patronizing as he addresses the nation.




Following up on her and Schumer’s disastrous  “rebuttal”  to Trump’s speech, Pelosi disinvited Trump from delivering his State of the Union address to Congress on January 29th.  The disinvite was an act of sheer malice which had its own consequences. Trump has received invitations from other quarters, including Michigan and North Carolina.




Further, the Democratic party has taken a decided  leftwing, radical turn, as shown by the election, antics, and Three Stooges-like statements of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, (AOC) who advocates an 80% tax on the wealthy, a “green energy” tax, Medicare for All, and other statist programs, together with two rabid Muslims, Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar, who are vocally anti-Semitic, against Israel and Jews, against the Southern border wall, and anti-Donald Trump. They are buttressed by most other members of the House, mostly “non-toxic” males, who passively adopt and parrot the agendas of AOC and her Muslim brain sisters.

It is virtual common knowledge that the tech giants – Google, Facebook, Twitter, and a few other, smaller “free expression” Internet platforms, such as Patreon – are engaged in a concerted, partnered campaign to erase “hate speech” from the public discussion of speech.  That is, they disagree with what is said about certain individuals, issues, or entities, and wish people to remain ignorant of what others may say or that opposition may exist to what the MSM may say. Especially taboo is any criticism of Islam, whether it’s a scholarly essay or expressing a fear of Islam (“Islamophobia”).

The censorship amounts to compliance with Islamic Sharia law. That these tech giants are in cahoots with Muslims who want to impose speech-quashing  Sharia law should be no surprise to readers. Robert Spencer has published an article on Jihad Watch and Front Page about the cozy relationship between Facebook, Twitter, and CAIR (the Council on American-Islamic Relations).



Now it is becoming clear why Facebook and Twitter have for so long been harassing, shadowbanning, and blocking foes of jihad terror and Sharia oppression. Journalist Jordan Schachtel revealed in Conservative Review Tuesday that “the Hamas-tied Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), which is best known as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism financing case in U.S. history, appears to have access to high-ranking Facebook and Twitter executives and has communicated with these individuals about who should be allowed to stay on their platforms.”




This doesn’t come as any surprise given the eagerness of both Facebook and Twitter to be Sharia-compliant. Facebook’s Vice President Joel Kaplan traveled to Pakistan in July 2017 to assure the Pakistani government that it would remove “anti-Islam” material. And Facebook has done so assiduously, banning numerous foes of jihad terror and twice now blocking the Jihad Watch Facebook page on spurious technical grounds.




According to Hasan al-Banna, “It is the nature of Islam to dominate, not to be dominated, to impose its law on all nations and to extend its power to the entire planet.” The Muslim Brotherhood’s founding manifesto clearly and unapologetically states its tenets:




“Allah is our goal,

the prophet our model,

the Koran our constitution,

the Jihad our path

and death for the sake of Allah the loftiest of our wishes.”




As a “toxic” American male, novelist, atheist, and a practicing “Islamophobe,” what I have to say about those tenets is this:




All of Islam can be encapsulated in the “tenet,” boast, or threat: “We love death more than you love life!" Who said it? In April 2011 The National Post  had a revealing article on the statement:

The sentence originated with a 7th-century Muslim commander who threatened his enemies with the prospect of “an army of men that love death as you love life.” As if to prove that, at least in the Middle East, there is nothing new under the sun, Hassan Nasrallah employed the phrase in a 2004 interview to explain why Hizballah, the organization he heads, is destined to prevail over Israel:




“The Jews love life, so that is what we shall take away from them. We are going to win, because they love life and we love death.”

The one sentence in Hasan’s slide show that is relevant to Islam is about what the purpose of jihad is: “An individual’s striving for spiritual self-perfection.” [Slide no. 5]




A Muslim’s “spiritual self-perfection” apparently is death in the act of killing infidels and other unbelievers. Martyrs are rewarded by Allah with 72 virgins and eternal beach time in Paradise. That’s for the male “martyrs.”




What about female martyrs? What are female jihadists promised if they’re declared “martyrs” ? 72 virgins? If they are (and the query has never been answered, to my knowledge), can it be logically inferred that they’re lesbians? The assumption that female “martyrs” qualify for rewards by Allah-Walla defies the bizarre “logic” in Islam. But then, there is no logic in the whole deranged corpus of Islam.




Sharia commands that one submit to the whole illogical, anti-reason, and life-hating existential philosophy of Islam. It should be no surprise, either, that the big tech companies would bow to Islam. For all we know, their executives abide by the Five Pillars of Islam, which are:




The Shahada, i.e., kneeling, raising one’s derriere to Casper the Merciful Ghost (it’s a form of devote mooning), and banging one’s forehead on the ground or floor until it’s black and blue; a discolored forehead on a Muslim is a mark of distinction and piety;




Prayer, i.e., holding one’s hands out like a beggar, and hoping with all one’s might that Casper is pleased with one; if he’s not pleased, he will sentence one to an eternity in the box;




Zakat, i.e., giving money to the needy, such as poor jihadists, so they can kill infidels and apostates and attain self-perfection and earn their 72 virgins;




Fasting; or giving up halal sweets and falafel for a month, from dawn until sundown, abstaining from food, drink, and sexual relations. But pigging-out after sundown is permitted; Casper can hear a believer’s stomach growling and is merciful;




Pilgrimage; to Mecca, at least once in one’s lifetime, and spend a lot of money (remember, all your wealth is Casper’s, you’re just holding it in trust), and enrich the coffers of Islamic authorities.




Imagine the big tech executives beginning their days at the office performing the Shadada (renamed for the occasion, with the right moves, the Shanana). But no matter how they “bust their moves,” they’ll still want to affix duct tape over your mind and mouth. Casper and CAIR will it in the name of “freedom of speech,”  which they profess to believe in, but really don’t tolerate.

Mitt Romney renewed the familiar charge last week that President Trump has been dividing Americans rather than uniting them. But it is not Mr. Trump who is dividing America.




When Barack Obama commandeered one seventh of the U.S. economy in the name of making health insurance available to a small minority of Americans who did not have it, and he did so through political chicanery, with no support from the Republicans, and against the wishes of the majority of Americans, that was divisive.

When Colin Kaepernick intrudes on our Sunday recreations to let us know that, in his estimation, the freest and most prosperous nation in the history of the world does not merit his respect, that’s divisive.




Unity is possible in America only when there is fundamental agreement as to what this country is and ought to be. But such agreement no longer exists, and this is the fault not of those who would preserve our commitment to individual rights, limited government, and private property, but of those who since the 1960s have sought to refashion America in the name of an impoverishing, soul-destroying, state-managed “equality.”


 

When Mr. Obama tried to force schools to allow males who “identified as” females to use women’s bathrooms (and vice versa), and he did so with no public debate of the matter and in the complete absence of credible scientific evidence that a biological male can in any psychologically healthy sense claim to identify as a female, that was divisive.

The Left owe their success in no small part to the failure of men like Mitt Romney first to identify the American Left as inimical to everything the U.S. should represent and then to take a principled, uncompromising stand against them.

Alone among the political leaders of this nation, President Trump has had the courage to say “No more.” He has identified the enemy unequivocally, and he has sounded a long-overdue rallying cry to a people besieged from within by Marxists masquerading as moralists. Mr. Trump is president precisely because he has refused to remain silent for the sake of a phony unity.

Hark! News from the Democratic mortuary

The alleged “rebuttal” of Senator Chuck Schumer and House of the Representatives head Nancy Pelosi to President Trump's Tuesday evening address to the nation about why the wall on the Southern border must be built, is now history. Given the volume of laughter on the Internet a sample here) at their funereal delivery of the “rebuttal” and the mockery it inspired, I don’t think it’s history that the pair had intended or planned for.  See my column, “Nancy Pelosi wants to Erase Freedom of Speech,’ for details. Some commentators called the “rebuttal” a flat rehearsal for a Saturday Night Live skit.




Schumer and Pelosi uttered nothing but predictable Democratic banalities in their rebuttal. Their dead-pan delivery of any substance lacked even the pretance of substance, and did nothing to counter or contradict Trump’s expressions of fact about the criminals and drugs creeping or sneaking across the border and wrecking mayhem on America and its  citizens (e.g., the murder of Officer Singh in California by an illegal immigrant, and the rape and claw hammer death of Marilyn Pharis).  And of course there is the murder of Kate Steinle in San Francisco by another illegal and repeatedly deported immigrant, Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez.




Did anyone get the impression, while watching and listening to them, as I had, that Schumer or Pelosi were even aware of these crimes? I didn’t. Perhaps they were aware, but they did not let on that they were, or the information was deleted from their prepared scripts, so it was handily passed over or ignored. 




Schumer exuded nothing but his “Do as I say, I’m the authority because I’m a senior Senator who wears custom-made befocals” look, while Pelosi resembled a deer frozen in the headlights. To both Schumer and Pelosi, the crimes committed by illegals here in America and south of the border, were irrelevant they were not to be reminded of the crimes, lest one could be charged with racisim or bigotry or hatred.They would be offended, and would probaly remind you of the incivility of raising the subject of facts. Schumer, when reading something while wearing those glasses, always impressed me as looking down his nose at everyone and not just through his bifocals.

Trump mentioned MS-13 and the gang's crimes, but Schumer and Pelosi deigned not to mention them, regardless of the horrific murders committed by the scarily tattooed gang. Neither of them care what they are willing to subject Americans to.



One blogger remarked that MS-13 is on a par with Islamic jihadists, especially the ones who raped, murdered, and beheaded Louisa Vesterager Jespersen, of Denmark, and Maren Ueland, of Norway in Morroco.  Jihadists hate life, and hate the good, and are willing to destroy for the sake of killing. In truth, MS-13 members have an operating philosphy at root the same as that of the jihadists, and are no better than them. But, these creatures do not stir an ounce of abhorrance in Schumer, Pelosi, and their Democratic colleagues in the House. 



The Democrats are hell bent on defeating Trump, to make him bend to their will and wishes, to atone for defeating Hillary Clinton. I discern no other motive behind their actions. They have nothing to say.

President Donald Trump isn’t Nancy Pelosi’s only target. It is the Freedom of Speech.




David Harsanyi of The Federalist wrote on January 3rd. in his column, “ First On Nancy Pelosi’s Agenda: Attacking Free Expression ”:




One of Nancy Pelosi’s first projects as new speaker of the House [for the 116th Congress] will be passing a government overhaul of campaign-finance and ethics rules that will, among other things, “expand voting rights.” One of the new bills — specifics are still cloudy — reportedly allocates a pool of taxpayer money to match small-dollar donations 6-to-1, as a way of encouraging “grass-roots campaigning,” according to The Wall Street Journal…




Some big cities have already begun handing out tax-funded “democracy vouchers.” In other words, politicians have passed legislation that subsidizes the speech of people who will, for the most part, support them. It’s quite the racket. Pelosi wants to take this corruption national….




There is something about abridging freedom of speech.  And money is speech. This fact has been codified by the Supreme Court. Writing is speech. Speaking is speech. Speaking anonymously is speech. Joining a group of other Americans to petition the government is also speech.




The Campaign Finance Law, the Federal Election Committee, and the IRS collude to control how citizens support candidates through contributions and for whom.




Yet Democrats will also include a provision in their package that would make tax-exempt 501(c)(4) charitable groups disclose donors who’ve given $10,000 or more during an election cycle. As I’ve written elsewhere, this obsession with eliminating anonymity is also a transparent attempt to chill speech and undermine minority opinions.




As Harsany stresses, Pelosi’s new bill is intended to intimidate anyone from donating more than $10,000 (by insinuating that the donor would be audited, or smacked with a fine), or to give less than $10,000 to a candidate’s PAC. The better to reduce a candidate’s war chest. They hope the actions against and the sentencing of Diniah D’Souza will serve as an example and a warning.   




Conservative author Dinesh D’Souza, one of the most brilliant conservative political writers of the modern era, was sentenced by a judge last week to eight months in a halfway house and probation. He was also ordered to pay a $30,000 fine within 45 days. His alleged crime? He made two contributions to a losing political campaign under the names of friends. D’Souza accepted a plea agreement admitting he used straw donors to donate $20,000 to the U.S. Senate campaign of Wendy Long, a friend of his. Federal campaign law limits contributors to U.S. Senate campaigns to $5,000 each.




To obviate a donor’s anonymity is to expose the person to what is called “doxing” or the broadcasting of his residence and family to harassment by groups opposed to his chosen charity. Although related to Campaign  Finance Law strictures, the harassment of prominent figures by doxing.




Now, you might recall that one of the central criticisms Democrats leveled at the Citizens United free speech decision was that corporate funding would force employees and shareholders to support issues and candidates against their will. This was facile claim since, in the private sector, workers and shareholders are free to associate with companies that comport to their politics.




At the same time, however, Democrats are perfectly comfortable impelling taxpayers to contribute to campaigns. Liberals simultaneously bitterly complain about the Supreme Court’s Janus decision , which finally stopped public-sector unions from coercing workers to pay “agency fees” to fund their political activities.










Pelosi isn’t the only one in the House to oppose freedom of speech. IIlhan Omar, newly installed representative for Minnesota, endorses the Boycot, Divest, and Sanction movement to target companies trading with Israel, and ultimately see it replaced by “Palestine.” The Washington Times reported on November 19th: She has given America the finger in favor of "Palestine."




…BDS doesn’t just criticize Israel’s government, it denies its right to exist as a Jewish State. Omar also said she supports a two-state solution. “Rep-Elect Omar, you owe it to your new constituents to clarify your views.”




The “two-state” solution is a fantasy. It is as much a delusion as a milkshake of oil,  water, and a dollop of egg nog.

The photo to the right, is a perfect illustration of the new Congress (the 116th): a socialist and a Muslim, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez  (D-NY), and Ilhan Omar (D-Minnesota).  And there’s another Muslim , Rashida Tlaib (D-Michigan), whose foul, mother-rucking mouth has made her notorious.  




The trio represents the Marxist-Islamic wing of the Dems, loud anti-Semites and quiet ones. RINOs (Republicans in name only) have no rebuttal to the “radicals” but can be expected to remain mute and in the name of civility in political discourse move deferentially aside and let the Dems have their way with the country exercising their well-known “hands-off" policy of being conscientiously irrelevant.




We would be remiss if we did not also mention the Boycott, Divest, Sanction (BDS) movement, against Israel, supported by  Omar , Ocasio-Cortez, and by foul-mouthed Tlaib,  who advocates that Israel be erased from the map and replaced by the Gaza walkers (a pun to The Walking Dead), and all of its inhabitants marched to the sea to drown. 




But, first, according to the apocalyptic trio, Donald Trump must first be impeached. The trio represents the Democratic Party now in control of the House.

Happy New Year and Keep Your Powder Dry

The Democratic controlled House of Representatives looks like the cantina scene from Star Wars. It is a hive of villainy, scum, evil and treason. The Democrats' avowed purpose is to destroy what's left of the USA. Their method is demonstrated by what they are fighting for most vociferously. For example, to continue uncontrolled "immigration" by refusing to fund the Wall while providing "sanctuary" for murdering invaders. America's death-spiral is encapsulated in this picture:















Appropriately, on the left is Puerto-Rican Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Her economy and soul destroying "Green New Deal" is already being touted by an equally evil  media. The headbag on the right is Somali invader IIhan Omar. The picture is an excellent illustration of the Left-Islamic alliance to destroy America. Occasional-Cortex's non-American constituents voted for her because she promises to fundamentally transform America into Venezuela as quickly as inhumanly possible. They are also excellent representatives of the anti-American fifth-column the left, and Republican turncoats, have imported for this very purpose. If the American people won't vote for their own immolation, the left will replace them with those who will.




While a nation may survive external enemies, and may even survive imported enemies, it cannot long survive traitors within the wall. Sadly, "traitors" is the best word to describe the voters of Minnesota's fifth congressional district who support Omar. This district, and the last election, demonstrates that the domestic left is America's greatest enemy. They seek the nation's death. That their own death may soon follow is not any of their concern. They are just driven to murder the object of their all consuming hate: American (and Western) traditions and freedom.



Hyperbole? No. Ayn Rand made the nihilistic motives of such haters clear in her seminal essay "The Age of Envy" in 1971.




Consider this passage on the Green movement:




...when the great emancipator, the automobile, is attacked as a public menace, and highways are decried as a violation of the wilderness--when bleary-eyed, limp-limbed young hobos of both sexes [!] chant about the evil of labor-saving devices, and demand that human life be devoted to the grubby hand-picking of truck gardens, and to garbage disposal--when alleged scientists stretch, fake or suppress scientific evidence in order to panic the ignorant about the interplanetary perils augured by some such omen as the presence of mercury in tuna fish--when their leading philosopher proclaims that work is an outdated prejudice, that fornication should replace ambition, and that mankind's standard of living should be brought down--when sundry hordes block the construction of electric generators and are about to plunge New York City into the catastrophe of an overloaded power system's failure--it is time to grasp that we are not dealing with man-lovers, but with killers. If there is a second American revolution these will be the two sides: those who seek to defend human values and those nihilists who seek to make human life on earth impossible. And, everyone will have to choose a side in this fight. It's later than most Americans realize.


Unfortunately, the left's pathologies have a useful idiot (or worse) in the misnamed Ayn Rand Institute (ARI). Consider ARI's CEO and most vocal spokesperson (see what I did there) Yaron Brook. Under his leadership, ARI has gone all out to garner both academic and mainstream media respectability. Nobody at ARI seems to understate, or wants to admit, that both these institutions are irredeemably evil. They are both a national menace and must be eliminated, not appeased.




Evil of such magnitude cannot be reformed. It must not be sanctioned. 




Evil as the hating creatures are, there is something still more evil: those who try to appease them. (Ayn Rand - "The Age of Envy"). E.g.:

“Envy” is not the emotion I have in mind, but it is the clearest manifestation of an emotion that has remained nameless; it is the only element of a complex emotional sum that men have permitted themselves to identify.




Envy is regarded by most people as a petty, superficial emotion and, therefore, it serves as a semihuman cover for so inhuman an emotion that those who feel it seldom dare admit it even to themselves. . . . That emotion is: hatred of the good for being the good.




This hatred is not resentment against some prescribed view of the good with which one does not agree. . . . Hatred of the good for being the good means hatred of that which one regards as good by one’s own (conscious or subconscious) judgment. It means hatred of a person for possessing a value or virtue one regards as desirable.




ARI sanctions evil by maintaining the facade that this evil are their civilized equals who should be engaged as such. When not pandering to evil, Brook castigates President Trump, and the "Deplorables," as the "villain of out time."




In the last decade and a half, Brook has been moving ARI further and further left. Now it is indistinguishable from such left-libertarian organizations as Reason and CATO. He often attacks those on the "right," including real Objectivists, while appeasing the left on the all important cultural-social issues of our day. It's also clear what Ayn Rand would have thought about the mass importation of savages bent on looting and destroying Western Civilization. Unlike ARI, she would have been against such civilizational suicide.



On a positive note, Bruno Turner and Lindsay Perigo have been producing a weekly series of YouTube videos that are first-rate. Being considerate gentlemen, they limit their videos to thirty minutes duration. Their latest video is one of their best.


In this episode [Episode 11], Lindsay makes an excellent observation that should be widely repeated. The West is in an existential fight for survival with barbarians both within and without. The central part of that fight is the preservation of Western nation-states.




If these nations fall, so will the West. Globalization is just the method by which the left seeks to destroy the nation-state, and therefore the West with it. President Donald Trump's fight for secure borders, rational immigration policy, ending America's role as global cop, and sane trade policies is the fight to save the West. Sadly, Yaron Brook, ARI and its supporters are on the wrong side of this battle on every issue. 




All you need to remember is that all the the Globalists, the Dems, and all those who want to “transform” the country, have in the way of argument, is the emotion of pure, unbridled hatred. They do not have an argument, only an emotion.

Derangement, or psychosis?




The Democratic side of the 116th session of Congress kicked off its business with an agenda aimed almost solely on “getting” President Donald Trump.




The Dem 2019 Platform:  Abolish ICE, LegalizeTranny Bathrooms, Free Healthcare, Free College, Increase the Minimum Wage, Open Borders, Gun Confiscation, Abolishing Prisons, Unrestricted Abortion Rights, Gender Fluidity, More Limitations of Free Speech, Higher Taxes, Voting Rights for Illegals, Lowering Voting Age to 16, and the Proliferation of Crying Closets..But, above all, to “impeach” or remove Donald Trump. Snub Trump by taking time off.




As Michael Goodwin of the New York Post reported on January 5th, in his column, “Democrats Keep Proving How Detached they are from Reality”:




In its common definition, the job of president of the United States is to deliver peace and prosperity. Donald Trump is doing well on both fronts, so let’s impeach the bastard!




As insane as it sounds, that and only that is what many Democrats have in mind. Impeachment, or death by a thousand investigations, is the heart of their plan.




For proof, eliminate their desire to remove Trump from office and see if you can pinpoint anything else with broad Dem support. Some advocate for open borders, others for tax hikes or Medicare-for-all, but ending the Trump presidency ASAP is the glue holding the party together.







Legislation? Can’t be bothered. Mental energies must be focused on impeaching or opposing Trump.

Yet the Democrat making the biggest news Friday was a foul-mouthed new congress member from Michigan, Rashida Tlaib, who had celebrated her swearing-in by promising that “we’re going to impeach the motherf–ker.” The leftist crowd was jubilant.




Rashida Tlaib’s “Motherfucker”  (D Mich) rant, delivered during a MoveOn event, perfectly encapsulates the tone of Congress now.







Never in modern times has there been such a disconnect between the opposition party and the realities of national life. The very talk of removing Trump, without evidence of an impeachable offense, is a stick in the eye to history and most Americans.




To be clear, the disconnect is not the product of policy differences, though they exist too. This is instead a mass outbreak of Trump Derangement Syndrome that, for those infected, can be cured only by undoing the results of the 2016 election.




The Daily Wire reported on January 3rd:




Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN) introduced two bills on Thursday, one to eliminate the Electoral College and the other to prohibit presidents from pardoning themselves or their family members.




A press release from Cohen's office stated that the "senior member of the House Judiciary Committee, introduced two Constitutional Amendments today on the opening day of the new Congress. The first would eliminate the Electoral College and provide for the direct election of the President and Vice President of the United States. The second would limit the presidential pardon power by prohibiting presidents from pardoning themselves, members of their families, members of their administrations and their campaign staff."




The Electoral College was created by the Founders to help counter majority rule in a general election.




The Electoral College process consists of the selection of the electors, the meeting of the electors where they vote for President and Vice President, and the counting of the electoral votes by Congress.  The Electoral College consists of 538 electors. A majority of 270 electoral votes is required to elect the President. Your state’s entitled allotment of electors equals the number of members in its Congressional delegation: one for each member in the House of Representatives plus two for your Senators. Hate, of course, is at the bottom of the Democratic agenda, hatred for Trump, a hatred so ingrained that it qualifies to be called more than an obsession, and rather a psychosis than a derangement.




Medical Definition of derangement

In simple terms, if a number in a sequence of numbers is missing, or appears at the end of the sequence, then the sequence can be called deranged.




In mental terms, the absence of a logical syllogism in thought, can demote the thought as a derangement, or as a non sequitur. “When the conclusion does not follow from the premises.  In more informal reasoning, it can be when what is presented as evidence or reason is irrelevant or adds very little support to the conclusion.”




A psychosis, or a mass psychosis, is what should properly designate the mental condition of nearly 400 members of the House of Representatives in the 116th Congress. A psychosis refers to:




…conditions that affect the mind, where there has been some loss of contact with reality. When someone becomes ill in this way it is called a psychotic episode. During a period of psychosis, a person’s thoughts and perceptions are disturbed and the individual may have difficulty understanding what is real and what is not.  Symptoms of psychosis include delusions (false beliefs) and hallucinations (seeing or hearing things that others do not see or hear). Other symptoms include incoherent or nonsense speech, and behavior that is inappropriate for the situation.




A psychosis can be passive, or aggressive and violent as is dramatized in a scene from The Shining. The psychotic members of the House (all Democrats) can be physically passive but mentally and abusively verbose (as in Rashida Tlaib’s case). Or it can manifest itself in the aggressive, violent actions of Antifa or in House members who participate in demonstrations to block or intervene in the course of normal activity (as in the demonstrations against the swearing in of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh .




Without question or exception, the Democratic/House agenda is by definition virulently anti-Trump, dominated by activists and Congressional activists. Judi Mcleod in her article, “When Activists Become Power-Drunk Politicians,” sums up the new face of the Democrats:




'The radicals are still nothing but a screeching fringe, a boil on the rump of society................Dancing Queen Ocasio-Cortez and her ilk prove that you no longer have to be factually correct in ad hominem attacks on the enemy any more, only like Rashida Tlaib capable of shouting obscenities, within hours of being sworn in on Thomas Jefferson’s Quran.




You no longer have to pay allegiance to the Christian Bible by refusing to be sworn in on it like Arizona Sen. Kyrsten Sinema. Saul Alinsky, Ocasio-Cortez & Co. will show YOU what [a] real radical is............. There’s only one “AnonymousQ” but millions of Ocasio-Cortez-fawning Marxist Millennials.'




And what touched off the psychosis? Hillary Clinton losing the 2016 election to her political antithesis. Reality did not conform to the Democrats’ wishes. So they screamed and allowed their psychosis to govern their speech and actions.

Britain’s Islamic Demise Part Two

March 24. Seven men — Assad Hussain, 37, of Oxford; Kameer Iqbal, 39, of Oxford; Khalid Hussain, 38, of Oxford; Kamran Khan, 36, of Bolton; Moinul Islam, 41, of Oxford; Raheem Ahmed, 40 of Oxford; and Alladitta Yousaf, 48, of Oxford — were found guilty by Oxford Crown Court of grooming and sexually abusing teenage girls, aged between 13 and 15, "on a massive scale." The gang was convicted of more than 20 offenses including rape and indecent assault.




March 27. Umar Ahmed Haque, a 25-year-old religion teacher from London, was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum term of 25 years for preparing terrorist acts. He had planned to use guns and a car bomb to hit 30 targets including Big Ben in London. Haque also showed Islamic State beheading videos to 16 children at the Ripple Road Mosque in Barking, London. Mr. Justice Haddon-Cave said Haque groomed children to join a "mini militia," unbeknownst to their parents who had paid for after-school classes at the mosque.




March 28. The supermarket chain Sainsbury's apologized after a customer service officer, responding to a question about whether it sold non-halal Easter eggs, replied that all of its eggs were halal. That statement quickly generated anger on social media, with one Twitter user posting a picture of Easter eggs accompanied with the text: "Remember, boycott halal eggs. Don't give in. Use Thornton's." Sainsbury's later wrote: "Apologies my colleague gave out the incorrect information. None of our own brand chocolate eggs are halal certified. Really sorry for any confusion caused."




March 30. Two surviving members of the ISIS cell known as "The Beatles" accused the British government of violating international law by stripping them of British citizenship. In an interview from the prison where they were being held by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), they denied being members of the group headed by the executioner "Jihadi John." El Shafee Elsheikh and Alexanda Kotey told the Associated Press they were the victims of "propaganda" and would not receive a fair trial. Both Elsheikh and Kotey were declared "specially designated global terrorists" in 2017 for their roles in the Beatles, with British officials holding the cell responsible for beheading at least 27 hostages and torturing many more.

APRIL 2018

April 1. The National Union of Teachers (NUT) delegates condemned efforts by Ofsted, the chief regulator of British schools, to ban the hijab, a Muslim head covering, in primary schools. Ofsted said the measure was aimed at promoting the integration of Muslim pupils. Teachers blasted the policy, announced by Ofsted director Amanda Spielman, as "racism dressed up as liberalism."




Kauser Jan, a Muslim activist and teacher in Leeds, described the hijab policy as "Islamophobic" and said she would not comply: "We have taken regressive steps where our children are now being made to feel that must leave their cultural and linguistic and religious identity at the door. I know Muslim girls and men that have shaved off beards, taken off their hijabs so they can anglicize themselves, so they can fit in and not feel they are part of the problem."




Mehreen Begg, a British Muslim from Croydon, described Ofsted's stance on the wearing of hijabs in primary schools as "unwarranted" and "draconian." She added: "It is wholly inappropriate for Ofsted inspectors to question primary-age Muslim girls on their choice of dress. This is an act of intimidation by a powerful adult on a young child and has no place in our education inspection system. Whilst wearing a hijab may not always be a choice, both here and internationally, it is not for Ofsted to intervene in this debate, which is a debate within the Islamic community."




Latifa Abouchakra, for Ealing, said: "I say shame on Ofsted for victimizing young girls for choosing to wear religious items of clothing. There is no such measure made for other religions or other articles of religious wear. This stance has other ramifications. It signals to the British public...that women are oppressed by Islam. "We are an easy target. This decision by Ofsted has ramifications beyond the school gate and must be seen in the context of increased attacks on the Muslim community, and perpetuates the outdated notion that Muslim women are victims."




A spokesperson for Ofsted responded: "There is nothing political about ensuring that schools and parents aren't being subject to undue pressure by national or community campaign groups. Head teachers need to be able to take uniform decisions on the basis of safeguarding or community cohesion concerns, and Ofsted will always support them in doing that."




In Britain, “community cohesion” is a more important goal to reach than requiring Muslims to somehow integrate into British society.




April 8. The Scottish government issued a guidance, warning teachers against using the phrase "British values" when discussing terrorism with pupils because it might be offensive. "The concept can cause offense and could play into the hands of groups who seek to assert that there is an inherent conflict between being British and being Muslim." The British government's anti-terror Prevent strategy defines extremism as "the vocal or active opposition to fundamental British values" such as democracy, the rule of law and tolerance. The Scottish government advised teachers to use the words "shared values" instead. The guidance also urged teachers not to use the terms "war on terror," "Islamist extremist/terrorist," "jihad/jihadist" or "radical" in current affairs lessons. The guidance cautions: "There is always a danger in using 'Islamist' as non-expert audiences are likely to hear 'Islamic.' All audiences will make a connection to the Muslim faith. This phrase is best avoided."




April 8. Nearly two-thirds of "child" refugees who were questioned about their real age after coming to Britain were found to be adults, according to a report by David Bolt, the Independent Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration, into the Home Office's treatment of lone child migrants. The statistics showed that Britain's generosity towards genuine child victims of war, terror and humanitarian disasters is open to wide abuse.




April 9. Almost two cases of female genital mutilation (FGM) a day on average are being identified by doctors in the Birmingham area alone, according to an analysis of data compiled by the NHS. In 2017, there were 620 cases just in Birmingham and environs where a woman was newly recorded in the FGM dataset.




In Britain, “British values” have become taboo as a subject of education. To teach “British Values” would be seen as “offending” Muslims and Islam. This is a policy to cement the unoffended Muslims voting bloc as a reliable voting bloc.  




April 10. Shamsu Iqbal, a 61-year-old former Home Office employee, was sentenced to 11 years in prison for conspiracy to assist unlawful immigration. Iqbal was the "lynchpin" of a £6 million ($8 million) scam that falsified the records of at least 437 illegal migrants so they could remain in Britain. The potential loss to taxpayers was assessed by Home Office statisticians as £56 million ($76 million), based on the amount the 437 illegal immigrants could falsely have claimed in benefits during the six years of the fraud.




April 11. Delegates to the annual conference of the Association of Teachers and Lecturers (ATL) agreed to a resolution calling on the government to prevent parents from withdrawing their children from classes about Islam. Richard Griffiths, from ATL's Inner London branch, told conference attendees that "parents with certain prejudices including Islamophobia" are pulling their children from Religious Education classes because they do not want them to learn about Islam. This, he said, is "significantly hindering" the ability of schools to "prepare a child for life in modern Britain."




April 12. Ibrahim Hussain, a 35-year-old man from Bradford, was sentenced to 23 years in prison for grooming, abducting and repeatedly raping a 12-year-old girl. Hussain later took the girl to a house in Leeds, where she was gang-raped by five unknown men. Judge David Hatton QC said the girl was raped by "essentially a pack of ravenous wolves." Hussain was already on bail for sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl he had met through Facebook.




April 13. ITV News reported that Alexanda Amon Kotey, a British jihadi who previously belonged to the infamous four-member Islamic State cell known as "The Beatles," helped to organize a plot to execute soldiers and police officers in London. Kotey and other jihadis are suspected of guiding and funding the would-be attackers in Britain. They apparently helped to organize the plot "by remote control" from Syria. Kotey, the London-born son of a Ghanaian father and Greek-Cypriot mother, reportedly converted to Islam in his early 20s after falling in love with a Muslim woman. He was arrested by Syrian Kurdish fighters in January 2018 while attempting to smuggle himself back to Europe.




There’s no age discrimination in women as rape victims for Muslims – their “right hands” trump everything – especially not if they’re white non-Muslims. And an immigrant’s age is no barrier to being treated as a “child.” Here is an excellent video on how women can combat rape.




The absurdity is endemic throughout Britain and Continental Europe when authorities and judges are hesitant or refuse to identify a truth, lest they be accused of politically incorrect thoughtcrime. Jihad Watch has more information on the stabbing and beheadings of the backbackers.




Reality has become “out of bounds.” This policy can’t help but affect or corrupt men’s sanity. Two plus two equals anything but four. But what does add up to four? Three plus one? It is what Islam and its apologists want to achieve: to leave men in epistemological chaos, to leave them ignorant of the truth by censorship and the political version of Three Card Monte, so that the only alternative is to submit to Islam – and submission meaning Islam –  or to the Democratic plan to remove Donald Trump from office, by hook or by crook.

I used to think that the U.K. would  resist Islam  “on the beaches, and in the skies,”  that is  fight the Islamic invasion of the country (by virtual invitation) by a hostile, inimical religious-political ideology and its adherents, valuing all the Enlightenment heights it had achieved – in freedom of speech, “democracy,” reason and a rational philosophy – and wished to retain  everything that advanced man’s condition and freedom from tyranny.




But I no longer think that. Britain has become as bad and totalitarian as Angela  Merkle’s authoritarian Germany. Soeren Kern of the Gatestone Institute has itemized Britain’s submission to Islam in the half year leading up to the beginning of June 2018.




The Muslim population of Britain surpassed 4.2 million in 2018 to become around 6.3% of the overall population of 64 million, according to data extrapolated from a recent study on the growth of the Muslim population in Europe. In real terms, Britain has the third-largest Muslim population in the European Union, after France, then Germany.




The rapid growth of Britain's Muslim population can be attributed to immigration, high birth rates and conversions to Islam.




Islam and Islam-related issues, omnipresent in Britain during 2018, can be categorized into several broad themes: 1) Islamic extremism and the security implications of British jihadists; 2) The continuing spread of Islamic Sharia law in Britain; 3) The sexual exploitation of British children by Muslim gangs; 4) Muslim integration into British society; and 5) The failures of British multiculturalism.




It goes without saying, that everywhere it’s been tried, multiculturalism has failed – Sweden, France, and Germany being the outstanding instances. It can succeed in sinking roots and flourish only if national governments allow it to and water it with mandatory “toleration.”




January 3. Each lone child migrant in Britain costs taxpayers nearly £70,000 a year — £67,634 — according to the Association of Directors of Children's Services. Expenses include £50,716 for residential placement and linked care costs, £4,805 for education, £3,915 for healthcare and £3,826 for social workers. For each lone child migrant, councils also typically pay £440 for interpreters and child advocates, £480 for English language lessons, £70 for dentists and £20 for doctor registration. Home Office statistics show that there are currently at least 4,500 unaccompanied youngsters seeking asylum in Britain — and costing taxpayers more than £300 million a year. Town halls are legally responsible for all costs associated with each child under their care until they are 25.




January 4. Police investigating the sale of illegal cigarettes, drug dealing and human trafficking in Nottingham were warned to stay away from a "Kurdish street," said to be under the control of Middle Eastern gangsters. Police Constable Lee Wilson told Nottingham Magistrates' Court:




"Illicit tobacco was being used to fund criminality, primarily drug supply and human trafficking. Senior members of Kurdish organized crime have been using it to fund criminality in the Radford Road area. A Kurdish businessman offered us £5,000 (€5,500; $6,400) a month to cease the tobacco investigation. With others involved in the operation, we had a search dog and were told, 'police are not welcome on the street.' It was described as a 'Kurdish street.'"




January 12. Northumbria Police launched a probe into offensive comments on social media about Operation Shelter, a police investigation into the sexual exploitation of girls and women in Newcastle's West End by a Muslim sex gang. The police received a complaint after a number of comments were left on the force's Facebook page. The comments referred to the race and religion of the perpetrators in the case. After an investigation was launched, the police tracked down six people who were behind the posts, deemed to be offensive and potentially criminal. Northumbria Police warned users of its Facebook page that offensive comments will not be tolerated.




January 13. The British Army released a new advertisement, called "Keeping My Faith," which showed a Muslim soldier praying. The ad was the latest in the Army's "This is Belonging" campaign, telling recruits they are allowed to be emotional and reassuring gay people that if they sign up, they will be accepted. The ads have been criticized by some commentators including Colonel Richard Kemp, who said the new campaign showed an Army "being forced down a route of political correctness." Retired Major General Tim Cross said recruits needed to know that "we are not going to be soft and we are not going to be nice to people."




January 16. Government inspectors found serious deficiencies at the Olive Tree Primary School, an Islamic day school in Luton, which instructs nearly 80 pupils between five and 11 years of age. Ofsted inspectors found "inappropriate books" that "did not promote British values," The report also raised concerns about health and safety standards in the school:




"Pupils bring their own food to school because there is no facility for the school to provide food for pupils; Pupils wash their cutlery in the toilet basins (sinks), where only tepid water is available; Pupils do not have the necessary resources to be hygienic when using the toilets; Boys do not have toilet tissue, soap or hand-drying facilities available in the toilets; They have to ask an adult in class for toilet tissue; Girls have discarded food out of their toilet windows, and the debris is rotting in the security bars; Toilet tissue has been thrown on to the ceiling in the girls' toilets and has been left there."




Sanitation is less importance in Britain overall now than is “tolerance” for primitive measures of hygiene, for which others must be non-judgemental.




January 24. Lancashire County Council backed down after the threat of a legal challenge over a decision that schools should stop serving halal meat from unstunned animals. In October 2017, the council voted to end supplying schools with halal meat from animals that had not been stunned before slaughter — with the exemption of poultry. The Lancashire Council of Mosques (LCM) threatened to sue the council on the grounds that it had failed adequately to seek input from the Muslim community before reaching the decision. The council subsequently reversed its decision and said it would continue the current contracts to supply meat from unstunned animals to 27 schools across the county.




January 24. The British government rejected a petition calling for a Free Speech Act to codify the citizens' right to freedom of speech without government intervention. The petition stated:

"For several years now the government has been infringing peoples' most basic rights to speak freely on matters, by deeming their speech 'offensive' or 'hateful' and declaring that such speech, even online, warrants being fined or jailed. This is an outrage.




"We demand the legal right to Free Speech, in an Act which will bring an end to the ludicrous notion that 'hate speech' and 'offensive speech' deserves people be imprisoned or charged. In short, an Act to codify the citizens' right to freedom of speech without government intervention.




"Ideas must be fought with other ideas, not with force. Naturally this precludes that the current laws criminalizing 'hate speech' be rescinded.




The government responded:

"The Government is committed to upholding free speech, and legislation is already in place to protect these fundamental rights. However, this freedom cannot be an excuse to cause harm or spread hatred....




"A hate crime is any criminal offense, for example assault or malicious communications, which is perceived [emphasis added] to be motivated by hostility or prejudice based on a person's actual or perceived race, religion, sexual orientation, disability or transgender identity."




 I do not subscribe to the nebulous anti-concept of a “hate crime.” It is an appalling acceptance of the idea that a government has an intrusive right or legal power to govern what one feels about a “perceived race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or transgender identity,” and to punish one for the emotion. Words or feelings have no metaphysical potency to physical harm or inflict injury. 




If one acts on one’s feeling and initiates force against someone or something or some group that one “hates,” then that may justify the government taking action, but that, too, depends on the circumstances and nature of the action. Leaving a slice of bacon on a mosque door handle may be regarded as a “hate crime,” as an expression of one’s contempt for Muslims and Islam, and hardly merits any punitive measures by the government.  “Islamophobia” has been classified as a species of “hate speech,” when its etymological parsing simply indicates a “fear” of Islam, its ideology, and all its practices. Islamophobia is also equated with racism or fascism.




In January 2011, Martin Peretz of The New Republic wrote about Islamophobia:




At the end of the 1970s, Iranian fundamentalists invented the term "Islamophobia" formed in analogy to "xenophobia". The aim of this word was to declare Islam inviolate. Whoever crosses this border is deemed a racist. This term, which is worthy of totalitarian propaganda, is deliberately unspecific about whether it refers to a religion, a belief system or its faithful adherents around the world.




March 11. The Sunday Mirror reported that up to 1,000 children could have been sexually abused in Telford, where Muslim sex gangs targeted girls as young as 11. An 18-month investigation revealed abuse on unprecedented levels: Social workers knew of abuse in the 1990s but police took a decade to launch a probe; council staff, according to previously unseen files, viewed abused and trafficked children as "prostitutes" instead of victims; authorities failed to keep details of abusers from Asian communities for fear of racism; police failed to investigate one recent case five times until an MP intervened; one victim said police tried to stop her from finding out why her abusers had not been prosecuted because they feared she would talk to the media.




March 12. A judge ruled that a Muslim man married a woman with a severe head injury in a bid to improve his immigration status. Mr. Justice Baker analyzed the case at a hearing in the London-based Court of Protection, which considers issues relating to people who lack the mental capacity to make decisions. Baker decided that the Islamic marriage, solemnized by an imam at the Northampton Islamic Center, was "arranged entirely" by the man and the woman's father. He said a ceremony had taken place at a time when the woman was vulnerable to influence and ruled that under English law, the marriage is not valid. "The man's primary motive for marrying the woman was to achieve an improved immigration status," Baker wrote.




March 13. Justice Secretary David Gauke said he was preparing British prisons to cope with an influx of British jihadis returning from Iraq and Syria. He said their arrival would create a "very significant" problem and suggested that the most dangerous extremists would be held in two new specialist segregation units. Police have estimated that about 100 of the 850 jihadis who travelled to the war zone may be alive and have the right to return to Britain.




Muslims are free to game the welfare and immigration system. Theresa May won’t mind. She’s not the one funding the costs at £’s per year per immigrant




In the meantime, the British police remain officially perplexed about the motives of Muslims who stab people shouting “Allahu Akbar.”  The Gateway Pundit today reports:




Three people including a police officer were stabbed a knife attack at Victoria Station Monday night in Manchester.




The attacker was screaming something about Allah. But police are not sure if the attack was terror-related. Hmm. Here is the man screaming “Allahu Akbar!” as he was arrested.

These "lone wolves" just obeyed Islam,

the ISIS flag is irrevalent





I opened my column, “Lone Wolves,” with:




Canadian Columnist Mark Steyn tackles a term, “lone wolf,” which describes not so much any jihadist as it does the authorities that fossick around a box of Islamic Crackerjacks in search of a motive, in strenuous evasion of the fact that the perps were Muslims  motivated by Islam .  




The authorities seem to be “lone wolves,” in their apparent divergence from the collection of facts about how Maren Ueland of Norway, and Louisa Jespersen of Denmark, were murdered.  One body was found inside the hiking tent they’d pitched, and the second outside of it. Photographs in several publications show investigators near the tent. But another picture claims that one was found near what looks like blockhouse (New Zealand Herald). Most reports say that the women’s throats had been cut and make no mention of their decapitation; were both women decapitated or just one?  How were their bodies mutilated? Was there evidence of the women being raped before being slain? There has been no mention of that in any of the accounts I’ve read. Did the woman have any contact with the killers before the killers struck? How many killers were there? No mention of that, either.  When to the medical examiners estimate the women were killed? Morning, noon, or night? 




A CBS report says:




Four men have been detained in Morocco, and authorities there consider the killings of two female students to be a terrorist act.  The women from Norway and Denmark had been hiking, and two French hikers discovered their bodies discovered Monday with stab wounds in their necks, [Holly] Williams reports. 




The term “Lone Wolves” is a piece of deceptive, distracting Politically Correct argot, almost synonymous with the term “ extremist ” intended to change the focus of one’s attention from Islam to personal motives unrelated to Islam, so that one is led to the conclusion that the jihadist has “misunderstood” Islam or has psychological problems. There are a number of passages in the Koran and Hadith that the authorities can claim that a jihadist can “misunderstand” the  Koranic verses, such as:




“Kill the disbelievers wherever we find them” (2:191), “murder them and treat them harshly” (9:123), “fight and slay the Pagans, seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem.”




The holy Prophet prescribes fighting for us and tells us that “it is good for us even if we dislike it” (2:216). Then he advises us to “strike off the heads of the disbelievers (47:4).” Our God has promised to “instill terror into the hearts of the unbelievers” and has ordered us to “smite above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them” (8:12).







The homicidal language cannot be “misunderstood.” It is clear and explicit. Jihadists take the “extreme” meaning” of the verses, which are the precise and intended meanings. It’s the difference between adding a teaspoon of salt to one’s boiling water and a ton.




So there seems to be a disparity in the reported coverage of the murders and what information has been released about the nature of the murders. We have entered an era when words lose their meanings, when things have definitions, but which PC allows people evade the things they want to avoid for fear of PC name-calling, such as “racist” or  “Islamophbia.”

The SUN  Three Muslim men have been arrested after two female backpackers, 24-year-old Louisa Vesterager Jespersen, from Denmark, and Maren Ueland, 28, from Norway, were found with severe neck injuries in their tent at a popular trekking spot in Morocco.




According to Morocco World News, a witness, who asked to not to be named, said the women were allegedly found decapitated.” Their bodies were found in a “remote mountainous region” about 6.2 miles from the centre of the village.




A decapitation is a far cry from a mere “knife wound,” which would precede a  decapitation.




“The emir of the group” was Abdessamad Ejjoud, a 25-year-old street vendor living on the outskirts of Marrakech, according to the head of Morocco’s central office for judicial investigation, Abdelhak Khiam.




Ejjoud had “formed a kind of cell that discussed how to carry out a terrorist act inside the kingdom,” he told AFP.




Investigators claim Ejjoud is one of the four men seen pledging allegiance to Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi with a black IS flag in the background in a video uploaded by the group a week before the double murder.




Mr Khiam said the group “agreed under the influence of their emir to carry out a terrorist act … targeting the security services or foreign tourists”.




Two days before the murders, they travelled to the Imlil region “because it is frequented by foreigners” and “targeted the two tourists in a deserted area”, he said.  Described as “lone wolves”, the killers are said to have wanted to “carry out terrorist acts inside the kingdom” in revenge for Kurdish forces taking back control of ISIS-held towns in Syria.




Although the suspects had a photo taken of themselves with an ISIS flag in the background, Clare Lopez of the Center for Security Policy remarked:




When devout, practicing jihadis attack & kill non-Muslims, we are short-sighted to identify them only by a discrete group name - AQ, Islamic State, Taliban. We need to listen to what they themselves tell us: they fight jihad in obedience to Allah to establish a global Islamic State under rule of Islamic Law (shariah).




Islam has a definition that can’t be evaded. The suspects were motivated by Islam. It is a “religious” cult that prescribes death or submission for its non-believers,”or a living death for its believers. It is, basically, evil and anti-life.
