This looks like stills from a movie starring Janelle as a 1920s butch who takes over a network of speakeasies after the murder of her brother, the previous boss, by a rival. Along the way to revenge and city domination she takes several lovers, three of whom become long term. One is the daughter of the police chief who wants Janelle behind bars. Another is her top enforcer. The third is a jazz singer she hires after the woman who used to sing in one of her speakeasies quits. It’s three and a half hours long and is nominated for 27 awards.
