Washington Corruption

Dr. George Szamuely, a distinguished member of the Global Policy Institute of London Metropolitan University, is a British citizen and not a partisan of US politics. He has carefully investigated the so-called Russian dossier and reports that it was entirely the work of the Hillary Democrats.

This fact was known at the beginning both to former CIA director John Brennan and to former FBI director James Comey. Yet both went along with the DNC-invented story of Russian election hacking and Chris...

Orwell: History Stopped in 1936

Most people are familiar with the plot of The Matrix. The 1999 film portrays a dystopian future where the “reality” that people inhabit is actually a simulation created by machines intent on subjugating the human race.

The film has continued to resonate with many people because of a growing sense that our modern world is a largely simulated reality conditioned by technology and mass media.

As it turns out, many decades ago author George Orwell sounded the warning bell of modern man’s Matrix-l...

The Best Multi Tools

There is a whole world of multi-tools out there to choose from. Before you go shopping there are some things to consider so you make the choice that is best for your situation.

Avoid the urge to get the one with the most gadgets

There are some multi-tools out there that have tools that most of us never use. If you have purchased a big multi-tool in the past and used most of the tools then ignore what I am saying but I would bet that for most of us preppers, the big ones are just added weigh...

Progressivism Is a Mental Disorder

I think it’s safe to say that nothing like the ugly verbal tirades aimed at President Trump by Senators Jeff Flake and Bob Corker has ever happened before in a major political party.  Can you imagine a couple of rogue Democrats trying a stunt like that aimed at Barack Obama?  They would have been banished to Mogadishu.

I’ve given a lot of thought to the Flake-Corker outbursts in an effort to try to understand their psyches, and I’ve concluded that it’s not so much a political issue but, rathe...

Hungarian Patriot vs Billionaire Commie

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban upped the ante in his political fight against George Soros, the mega-rich financier and philanthropist who reportedly just ploughed $18 billion into his “Open Society” foundation, the controversial NGO that is seldom shy about manipulating domestic policy in Western capitals.

Last week, Orban commented in an interview with Kossuth Radio that he has instructed his intelligence agencies to expose Soros-backed initiatives, which include opening up EU borders...

The Great Experiment in Mass Murder

Since the beginning of the centennial of World War I, I have been writing a series of essays about the war as the memory of events passes us by–a hundred years later. But as we approach the centennial of the Bolshevik Revolution, I find it nearly impossible to delimit my thoughts on this profound event in the history of the human race as if it were only a passage of the war, like the Somme, or American intervention, or the internment of enemy aliens.

There are so many narrations of the “event...

The CIA vs Iran

America’s Great Game: The CIA’s Secret Arabists and the Shaping of the Modern Middle East, by Hugh Wilford.

For a century and a half before [Archie Roosevelt’s] arrival there, Iran had been a playing field in the Great Game.  Its location, adjoining Afghanistan (the classic arena of Anglo-Russian rivalry), British India, and Russia itself, ensured this.

During World War II, a truce in the Great Game was declared between the British and Soviet Allies; in order to secure Iran for its oil fields...

What I’d Tell High School Grads Today

I’ve often wondered, if I were asked to deliver a graduation speech to high school students today, what I would say to them?

The first thing I would warn them about are the personal land mines that lay ahead for young people graduating from high school, which are many.  Among these adult pitfalls are:

1 in 8 will abuse alcohol and become alcoholics. Another 10% will end up using illicit drugs; another 3% will get hooked on prescription drugs (opioids most likely). Be aware, alcohol and drug...

How Some of the World’s Elite

“The underlying, primary psychic reality is so inconceivably complex that it can be grasped only at the farthest reach of intuition, and then but very dimly. That is why it needs symbols.”– Carl Jung

What is ceremonial magic? The works of multiple scholars, from Plato to Manly P. Hall and further down the line, suggest it is essentially the use of rituals and techniques to invoke and control “spirits” or lifeforms that could be existing within other dimensions or worlds. For example, accordin...

Historic Christ Church Falls

Christ Church in Alexandria, Virginia, was constructed during the years 1765 and 1773. It was designed by James Wren, a relative of Sir Christopher Wren, the most famous English architect. The colonial era, pre-Revolutionary War church, is a national historic landmark.

It was my church when I lived in Old Town Alexandria, a colonial settlement along the Potomac River. It was also the church of my neighbor, Henry “Joe” Fowler, Deputy Secretary of the Treasury for President John F. Kennedy and...
