88 Stories Campaign Against Domestic Violence To Raise Funds For Abused Moms & Kids
I am very honored to have my story "Yom Kippur, circa 1962" included in this new anthology from Familia Books which includes the work of 86 daughters and sons. Each of us has shared a very personal story about their mother or grandmother and in doing so hopefully some insight into "motherhood" and what makes a mother a mother. 2 Poems Forthcoming in THE RUTHERFORD RED WHEELBARROW 3!
Just sharing some good news! Two of my sonnets, "My Love for Will" and "Track Marks," have been chosen for publication in the forthcoming The Rutherford Red Wheelbarrow 3, which will be launched on Wednesday, Sept. 1 at the Williams Center for the Arts in Rutherford, New Jersey.

Poem Accepted for 1st Issue of SLIVER OF STONE Magazine
A new bi-annual, online literary magazine Sliver of Stone , founded by M.J. Fievre, is launching August 1, 2010. I just found out from the founding editor my poem "Choosing" will be included in the first issue. The magazine promises to be "dedicated to the publication of work from both emerging and established poets, writers, and visual artists from all parts of the globe," and "publish work that is surprising and inventive."
