The Mall: a Sci-Fi Horror Thriller With a Badass Female Protagonist

I’m thrilled to announce my latest sci-fi horror thriller, The Mall, will be available on Amazon later this month. Hopefully by mid January.

Welcome to the author blogging series! This is the first in a series of articles that will cover the concept of author blogging. Today, we’ll examine five reasons why fiction and non-fiction writers should have a blog.

Should authors have a blog?

YA Horror: The 17 Scariest Books for Young Adults and Teens

What are the scariest books for young adults and teens? That’s what I set out to determine last week. As it turns out, a lot of people feel that Anna Dressed in Blood, The Girl from the Well, and Asylum are among the scariest horror novels for young adults.

Methodology: I used a “general consensus” approach for this project. For starters, I reviewed more than a dozen articles and lists featuring the scariest YA horror novels. These included lists by Barnes & Noble, Book Bub, Brightly, Epic Re...

What’s Considered to Be the Scariest Book Ever Written?

I’ve wanted to write a blog post about the “scariest book ever written” for a long time, but could never figure out how to approach it. After all, fear is subjective.

As readers, we all react to fiction in different ways. These differences are often influenced by our individual life experiences. You have your fears … I have mine.

Then it dawned on me. A general consensus! That’s one way to figure out what’s considered to be the scariest book ever written. You look at a bunch of lists and r...

Dissecting the Top Five Scariest Horror Movies of All Time

Last year, the film review site Rotten Tomatoes published a top-ten list of the scariest horror movies ever made.
