I've only plugged in my Sony Reader to my Mac three times since October, but every time, any app that's even remotely acquainted needs a huge update.

"She thought about the friends she had before coming here, and how they probably missed her and wondered where she'd gone. She wondered what many of them had done with a year, how much could be accomplished unencumbered. She could picture herself taking a whole year just to catch up, to reintegrate herself back into her whole life. She then gave her head a shake. She could never go back. She could never have the life she had. And she realized, as she had to re-realize over and over, that never going back to her former life meant likely never going back to her former friends. She would have to explain, and she just couldn't bring herself to."

I'm going to make Afton Kimmy Orsola Alles-Artero fall in love—and then shockingly betray—Jenie Daisy Shanon Jeffreys-Jumbuck.
