Mid Day Meander: Inner Calm

Day 5

I head back indoors and wax nostalgic about growing up as a child of Lego and how a build I just finished helped me find some inner calm. The recording cuts off abruptly due to a notification that hit my phone, but all you missed was a very long winded goodbye for the day,

Mid-Day Meander: Caught Off Guard

Day 4

Recorded a little after noon central time today but the afternoon got away from me and I’m 8 hours late in posting this. Today’s walk and talk is short and mostly quiet as a meeting at work caught me off guard. All is well, but yeah todays walk was both necessary for my own well being, and more of a box to check than anything else. Hopefully tomorrow’s will be more insightful.

Day 3

Today I take the walk outside, enjoy the good weather and begin the first in what will likely be many discussions about my plans and goals for 2023. This one runs a touch lounger than my 15 minute limit, but its still under 20. Enjoy!

Mid-Day Meander – Reboot

Day 1

The Walk and talk returns after a far too long hiatus. In this I account for my failure, discuss plans to get back on the proverbial horse and start all over again. I discuss my options for inclement weather and the new format of the walk and talk.

A long Hiatus…

So…it occurs to me that the morning walk and talk I did last summer has taken a very long winter hiatus. This will not stand. The walk and talk will return soon, though the timing may change a little bit. More to come as things develop.
