A Native Perspective

RegularJOE (Director) Featured Comment: “Seeing lots of great contributions coming in, and this one is particularly good. Testimonials are best when they bring a perspective that’s unique. I wasn’t familiar with the gender roles in Navajo culture that you describe, and I was interested to learn. Interestingly, those roles don’t seem “equal” as in identical, but they do seem equally valued. I wonder what are the ups and downs of this differentiation. Also it’s awesome that you don’t often make videos, but you decided to for this collaboration. Thanks and bravo!!”

EVERYONE W/ A CAMERA: Check out a Textbook from your Library & RECord yourself answering the following questions about Pearl Harbor:

According to your Textbook, what was the pre-war relationship like between The United States & Japan? How did their conflict escalate into the bombing of Pearl Harbor?
How does your Textbook describe the bombing. Was it a surprise attack? Or was it a miscommunication?
Why do you think your Textbook presents Pearl Harbor in this way?
