Reading challenge... Not

So I finally decided to use the reading challenge meter Goodreads has. Only, I figured a better purpose for it. I set my goal to 20 books - 20 books to write that is. I'm not sure if I have a chance to reach it, but if inspiration holds, who knows? Wish me luck :D.

Nominated at Love Romances Cafe!

Some of you may know already, but I felt the need to share it with everyone here as well.
Deadly Mates 2: Wings of Moonlight has been nominated for Best Shapeshifter book at Love Romances Cafe. Voting starts on the 22nd at this link:
http://lovesbooksandmore.blogspot.com
I'm very grateful for this nomination. Thank you to everyone who read Wings of Moonlight and enjoyed it. Even if I don't win, it means that a part of me has reached you and that, in my opinion, is one of the greatest things in becoming a writer.
This also comes at a great time for me, since Book 3 has just been released and Book 4 is coming soon. So if you have read WOM, do vote for me. If you haven't, grab it and drop me a line. I always love to receive reviews and opinions from readers.

On changes of direction and deadly mates

A little over a year back, when I wrote The Three Horsemen, I told myself that I would stick to M/M classic romance. The Horsemen actually demanded to be written like that, but I didn't think I would write another menage. In many ways, menage stories are very complex from an emotional point of view and I didn't want to get into that.
Today, my first m/m/m story since The Horsemen is available on pre-order. Spell of the Predator's Moon is the third book in my Deadly Mates series and continues the story of my favorite shapeshifters, Kaiden, Viktor and their family and friends. This time, the story focuses on Loren, Flame Grayson's brother.
But more on that here:

What I actually mean to say is that this story also demanded to be written like this. So in the end, we just have to go with the way the story takes us and never make predictions. Things can change - and I think now that my new menage stories are a evidence of that.

2011 Resolution

This year I've decided to be a little less lazy and a bit more active on Goodreads and LJ. Seems I have been neglecting many of my contact platforms. *sheepish look
But from now, I'll be around more, read more, and preferably write more.
Of course, that would imply that I can actually respect my resolution - but if I manage to improve at least a little, it'll be fine :).
And on that note, I'm returning to my writing.
Happy New Year, one week late! :)
