10/6/17-Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Dan Bongino, Contributing Editor at Conservative Review fills in for Mark. Surrounded by top military commanders President Trump says this might be the calm before the storm and the media go nuts. Trump is trying to get leaders overseas to believe he has some kind of a screw loose, which is a genius move. After that, the goal of the left is to disarm people and take away guns from law abiding citizens. They want people to rely on the state for everything. The left is so passionate about gun control in spite of the fact they have no data or facts to back up their assertions. If you can’t possess a weapon to protect yourself where are you going to get safety and security? The liberals are obsessed with power and control. We have got to start going on the offensive against the liberals, and start fighting back. Also, this bump stock controversy is a red herring. The bump stock was invented for people who had physical problems to help them shoot better. However, they are not very effective and often cause guns to lock or jam up. In addition, Jimmy Kimmel is a so called expert on healthcare and now he is an expert on firearms. Has Kimmel ever walked into a house in the middle of Iowa and asked why a homeowner there had an AR-15? If he asked Americans why we feel the need to carry a gun he might gain some understanding. Criminals love gun laws because then they get to prey on the helpless.

10/5/17-Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Members of the House and the Senate have the answer to mass murder: ban bump stocks. They have a bipartisan bill and they are going to pat themselves on the back by banning something that most of us have never heard of. If Stephen Paddock hadn’t had this device he would have used other devices to slaughter as many human beings as he could. Before anybody heard of bump stocks and other similar devices, the left was already pushing for the evisceration of the 2nd Amendment. Bret Stephens, a pseudo conservative, calls for the repeal of the Second Amendment entirely and says that James Madison would agree with him. This version of illiteracy burped up by Stephens will be used by the Left repeatedly. After that, John Bolton calls in to talk about the Iran Deal. What President Trump should do is decertify the Iran Deal and walk away. Trump has certified, not once, but twice already. Only in Washington could you get wrapped in a conundrum like this. Trump needs to show moral leadership and do what he said in his campaign and get out of the deal entirely. The Iranians will take full advantage of our weak position in this deal. Why do we have to wait for Iran to have nuclear weapons ready and pointed at us?

10/4/17-Mark Levin Audio Rewind

These mass murders are horrific in every respect, but they make a tiny fraction of fraction of gun deaths in the country. There are around 33,000 annual gun deaths and two-thirds of those are suicides. Unfortunately, there will still be mass murder in this country, and not because of our gun laws but because of evil people. Also, people are now talking about banning bump stocks, which received the go ahead from the Obama administration’s ATF. Democrats can outlaw bump stocks and outlaw any device they want, but their measures will be ineffective in toppling barbarians that want to use these devices.. The more nonsense is argued, the less likelihood we will come to a solution. After that, the voices that have been smearing and trashing very brave police officers, who did so much in Las Vegas, are now silent. Colin Kaepernick who took his first knee is silent and so are the broadcasters. They don't praise the police, don’t thank them or speak of their heroism. The liberals will be out in full force to trash the police, it is just a matter of time. Later, there are things that can be done to save American lives and that would be to address our CAFÉ standards. These ensure that automobiles get more and more mileage. In order to meet these government standards, vehicles need to be made lighter and lighter. As a result, automobile accidents cause thousands of deaths per year. Congress could repeal the CAFÉ standard which would save many lives, however they won’t do that. Finally, According to Rex Tillerson, Joseph Dunfort and James Mattis, Iran is complying with the Iran Deal, but they are not. Iran has failed to comply with material elements of the deal and cannot be relied on to live up to any changes in the deal

10/3/17-Mark Levin Audio Rewind

It’s only 2 days after the mass slaughter in Las Vegas but the left and media won’t relent. All day we are being bombarded with demands by late night comics, journalists, and politicians demanding gun control. What actual gun safety measures would have stopped Stephen Paddock from carrying out his terror? We’re still waiting for a liberal to answer. Liberals throw out words such as “fear” and “evil” with regards to guns. However, they have no idea what they are talking about. You can’t just walk into a grocery store and buy a machine gun. The purchase of these is strictly regulated by Federal Law and banned in many states. Despite what some media commentators claim, gun laws apply just as much to gun shows as they do to storefronts. To add, nighttime comics are becoming increasingly political. Liberal comics like Trevor Noah, Jimmy Kimmel, and Stephen Colbert should tell us exactly what to do about mass murders. They say we ought to have laws, but no law will stop a criminal. Later, on October 15 the President has to address the Iran Deal. Will President Trump embrace his campaign promise and decertify the Iran Deal or not? He should decertify the deal and withdraw from it. Iran has demonstrated that it will overthrow other countries and preaches destruction of all people and countries that don’t compart with Islam. Trump is under pressure from Rex Tillerson and James Mattis to stay in the deal. What Barack Obama did to our country is the worst that any president has ever done in the form of an agreement with any power.

10/2/17-Mark Levin Audio Rewind

59 casualties and over 500 were injured in a Las Vegas mass shooting at a concert Sunday night. These concertgoers were executed in a barbaric act. Adam Housley, reporter at Fox News, calls in to talk about it. The carnage and magnitude of the shooting is unbelievable. This guy did not just snap but was calculated. In the face of evil, we celebrate the heroes of Las Vegas – the police, first responders, and brave men and women who protected others during and after the shooting. If not for some of these people, the causalities would have been worse. No mass murder can stop Americans. No collection of mass murderers running other countries can stop us. There are forces in this country that seek to divide us all the time, but in the end they fail. Also, we knew Hollywood, commentators and politicians would weigh in on this because they have ice water in their veins. The rest of us are just thinking about these people and are disgusted by this. Politicians want to pass laws, but there is no law that you could pass that would have stopped this guy from doing what he did. Later, the attacks on President Trump are as predictable as night and day when it comes to his response on Puerto Rico. The U.S. military, FEMA, the federal government, and the President have all been focused on giving as much support as possible to Puerto Rico. The propaganda and demagoguery are just unbelievable.

When Trump told the NFL athletes to stand up for the national anthem, there is some strategy going on there. The beauty of what Trump has done is that he forces liberals to constantly show their hand. Instead of a sensible response, liberals overreact every time and expose themselves for who they are, anti-American socialists. They are obsessed with an anti-Trump rage. If we had an establishment GOP President, he would give us focus group tested talking points. This would be terrible because this is not how normal American people think or talk. Instead of giving tested talking points, Trump gives a response that the average American can relate to. After that, Secretary of HHS Tom Price resigned on Friday because of the controversy over private flights on the taxpayer dime. While there is nothing illegal about this, it sends the wrong message. But do the rules just apply to the Trump administration and Republicans in office and not to Democrats? What about Eric Holder taking a, $14,000 private jet to the Belmont Stakes in 2014? Later, liberals will not criticize themselves if they are wrong no matter what. It has started on the tax plan. All of a sudden Nancy Pelosi cares about debt. Where was she while Barack Obama was engaged in deficit spending? This tax plan is not great, but we need to get the facts right.

9/28/17-Mark Levin Audio Rewind

MSNBC host Chuck Todd asserted that Judge Roy Moore doesn’t appear to believe in the Constitution because the Alabama GOP Senate nominee said that our rights come from God. This just shows you the cultural rot that’s going on in this country. America’s Founding Fathers believed that our rights come from God and are secured, not created, by the Bill of Rights and Constitution. The brilliance of the framers, the brilliance of the Declaration and the Constitution are completely lost on Chuck Todd. So anxious is Todd to demonstrate how smart he is, to try and catch Judge Moore in some kind of a trick, a contradiction when in fact he exposes his utter ignorance not just in American history, but humanity. After that, we can’t get anything done while Mitch McConnell sits as the Republican leader of the Senate. Can you name one solid conservative who McConnell has backed in a Republican Primary? If McConnell had it is way, we wouldn’t have Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, or Marco Rubio. Yet he has gone all out for Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins and look at all the damage they have done. Also, the NFL players kneeling don’t know why they are doing it. They just throw around the phrase social justice or inequality. If you have football coach who kneels on field to pray before a game, he could be fired if he is in a school district or attacked if in the NFL. Apparently, kneeling to pray is not free speech but kneeling to trash the country is. We have a protest without a purpose. Later, you have Ruth Bader Ginsburg out there pushing her conspiracy theories which are down the line Democrat and political opinions. Then you have Michelle Obama attacking women who voted for President Trump as having set back women. She speaks of women who voted for Trump as if something were wrong with them. We allow liberals like Ginsburg and Obama to define us, and we need to push back. Finally, Mosab Hassan Yousef spoke at the UN on Monday and the Palestinians were visibly upset. The 1967 borders were borders for a peace arrangement. Arab states surrounding Israel attacked Israel and the 1949 armistice lines were formed. These lines were indefensible. The U.S. State Department are siding with the radical so-called Palestinians. The State Department is still the Obama State Department with Rex Tillerson at the helm.

9/27/17-Mark Levin Audio Rewind

While there are good things in President Trump’s tax plan, there are some serious poison pills to watch out for. The first problem is that fewer and fewer people will pay federal income taxes, while still receiving government benefits. The second problem is that Trump has left open the possibility for a new top tax bracket that Democrat leadership will surely use to exploit and divide. Also, we have no idea what the definition of rich is according to them. The difference between populists and conservatives is that we don’t play class warfare. Ronald Reagan didn’t play the class warfare game, but cut taxes across the board for all Americans. This is about Americanism and capitalism when we talk about tax cuts. The elite needs to stop assigning Americans fictional titles and labels. The only way to create true economic success in America is to take on the left and those who believe in Marxism. In addition, camera operators were ordered to avoid filming counter protestors at NFL games. Sports media wants to censor this and they are digging a deep hole for themselves. To add, NFL players who take a knee during the National Anthem are thoroughly disrespectful to the country but look at what they are taking the knee for. They are taking a knee for an anti-law and order, anti-cop and an anti-system cause. Finally, it’s the good old conservative values of the American people that led to Roy Moore's victory over Luther Strange in Alabama. These conservative values will never die and the liberal media will never get it. Roy Moore was forced off the Supreme Court in Alabama because he stood for what he believed in. The media accuse Moore of being a radical yet they ignore Bernie Sanders. Why is it when the left does such things it is ok?

9/26/17-Mark Levin Audio Rewind

I love America because this is where anyone can achieve their dreams regardless of race, religion, and ethnicity. And most do. This is where, each and every day, poor people become rich, and rich people become poor. And most people live better than all other people on the face of the Earth today or at any other time in human history. The media and the Left are completely disconnected from the American public, from American history, and they’re obsessed and consumed with their own self-aggrandizement, and their own narcissism. The average sports fan loves this country, and they’re sick and tired of seeing people in uniform get down on a knee and degrade real heroes who wear real uniforms, whether they be police officers or our military. Don’t tell us that the American flag or the national anthem means nothing. It means everything to us. After that, Trump explains that if we have to take the military option on North Korea, we will take it and are totally prepared for this option. North Korea is a situation that should have been handled years ago. The only reason Americans turn to sports is to take our minds off of issues like North Korea and Iran threatening us with nuclear war. Later, Tuesday was the primary run-off in Alabama for the Republican Party between Luther Strange and Roy Moore, Moore is unquestionably the most conservative. Strange is beholden to Mitch McConnell who is opposed to advancing liberty and an agenda that would turn this country around.

9/25/17-Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Bill Cunningham fills in for Mark. Pundits at CNN, MSNBC and ESPN talk about the NFL players having a right to speak under the 1st Amendment. However, the 1st Amendment does not and never will apply to private employers. Also, the NFL owners have prohibited all kinds of expression. Last year the Dallas Cowboys were prohibited from honoring murdered cops with police decals. And Avery Williams wanted to wear a patch that said “never forget” to honor 9/11 but the NFL would not let him to wear it. How in the world was it possible for the NFL to let Colin Kaepernick begin this protest is beyond reason? Sports should not be a venture which communicate the most radical elements of the progressive agenda. After that, there is a differential to one's opposition to the president and one's opposition to the American flag. We may disagree with President Trump’s policies, but this hatred must not be transferred into disrespecting symbols of America's greatness. To add, Barack Obama invited Black Lives Matter organizers into the White House after the Dallas police shootings in 2016. Obama failed to condemn BLM and took pictures with those who incited murder of police. The media didn’t point this out because the media supports BLM. What if Trump invited white supremacists to the White House after Charlottesville? What Obama did was analogous. Finally, one of the building blocks of society is law enforcement. Without cops there is a thin blue line between civilization and anarchy. If it was announced tonight that all law enforcement will go on a 48 hour strike, all hell would break loose. Law enforcement must be supported.
