I forgot yesterday, I'm sorry.

Yesterday I started with a back ache in the morning, and by evening, could hardly move without a lot of pain and stiffness. The day before, I'd ended up toting Elijah around a lot, and he's 40 lbs. I think I pulled something lifting him, and daaayyyyum, it hurts. Anyone have experience with lower back pain, and advice on how to treat it?
