Meet Kinzie Monroe, my alter ego

Wonderful news! My Inspirational Romance, Reservation for Two, was picked up by Whiskey Creek Press. WooHoo! However, there seems to be another Ann Patrick writing for them—hence my alter ego. I was a little disappointed with the news that I'd have to come up with another pen name (my mom was the one who came up with Anne Patrick) but I'm quickly getting used to it. It's sort of exciting really. And I suppose it's probably a good idea since this novel is strictly an Inspirational romanc...

Anne, thank you so much for having me here today. I grew up on a farm outside of Findlay, Ohio. I often acted out characters from my own stories in the backyard. Journey to Redemption receives a 4.5 rating from Book Wenches

Reviewed by: Teagan S. Boyd

I was riveted by this physiological thriller from the moment I opened the book. I am hard-pressed to come up with a specific genre to put it in since it combines so many: from the mystery of a whodunit to the growing feelings between Morgan and Chase; there are so many other elements in between.

Morgan's strength is evident throughout the book, and I found myself drawn to her inner workings, and also I found myself relating to her as a mother. Morgan's depth of pain...

Please join me in welcoming author, Sandra Sookoo. Thank you for joining me today Sandra! Can you please tell our visitors a little about yourself?

How did you get started in writing?
I suppose it was because of my love of reading. Before writing consumed most of my free time, I spent every free hour reading. Then, when I was a freshman in high school, I took a mail-away course in writing for Children/Teenagers. LOL They call it young adult now. That jump started the dream that writing...

The Advantages of EBook's and How to Download Them

There has been a lot of talk lately about changes in the publishing industry and the pros and cons of the EBook popularity. Is it just a phase or are they here to stay? Now I admit, I had to be dragged kicking and screaming into the technology age. As a kid I wrote all my stories long hand, then I moved on to a typewriter…no sweat. But when it came to computers I was horrified at the idea of storing all my babies on a machine that looked like something out of the Twilight Zone. It was my...

Journey to Redemption tagged a Best Seller

I learned Thursday that my newest release, Journey to Redemption, is a category best seller at All Romance EBook, one of the distributors where my publisher, Rogue Phoenix Press, placed my novel. Wow! Talk about being blown away! I know…I know…It's not the NY Times Best Seller List, but hey, we all have to start somewhere. Just having my baby out there for people to read and hopefully enjoy is awesome. So THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!

On an even higher note, this weekend I had the privilege of he...
