Wrapping up the Bern Saga

Wowsers. It's done. I'm through. The fourth Molly book, the final entry in the Bern Saga, is off to the presses. Kimber An's First Book!

Kimber An is the awesome book reviewer/blogger behind Enduring Romance, a site that reviewed the first Molly book and Half Way Home very favorably. I haven't read Sugar Rush yet, but if it's anything like her awesome reviews, it needs to be checked out.
A huge congrats to Kimber. Like me, she found the act of [...]

World's smallest stop-motion film

This is simply amazing: the world's tiniest stop-motion film shot with a cell phone and a magnifying rig. And it isn't all techno-wizardry. The animation and story are awesome as well. Enjoy.

Photo shoot for The Fight for Peace

As much as I love writing (and I must, because I get up every morning and persist at it) there are other phases of bringing a book to market that I enjoy almost as much. In fact, the everyday nature of the actual writing makes these side adventures extra pleasurable. I only get to do [...:]

What happens when we KNOW?

The odds are overwhelming. The probabilities are so great as to be near certain. There are other planets out there capable of sustaining not just life, but our life. Earth-like puddles in that vast cosmos of uninhabitable void.
We very much think this to be true. What will be different when we know it to be [...:]

The Scrutiny Bias

Barry Bonds. Lance Armstrong. Roger Clemens. Tiger Woods. Alex Rodriguez. Marion Jones. Does it seem like the people on the top are all getting busted with cheating lately? (Or in Tiger's case, cheating on his wife) Beyond sports, what about Enron and their imaginative financial tricks, Clinton and his love of cigars, Rush Limbaugh and [...:]

That's right, the UK Kindle store is now open, and the Molly books are well represented across the pond. If you know any limeys who haven't read the books yet, tell them to give the series a shot.
