I know it's been a while since I've blogged...had much going on this summer (including my mother getting sick and ending up with open heart surgery -- her recovery is going as well as can be expected, but it's still keeping me busy), plus I spent the month of August re-doing my website bit by bit (because Google said the previous version wasn't mobile compliant). A Character is Born

"Organization is the key to success."

Usually when my muse kicks around book ideas, it’s due to a character plaguing my head, i.e. a psychic, an emotionally scarred boy, a telekinetic. A story forms around them in the most high level way. But as we all know, everyone has a history, emotions, flaws, and physical attributes that must be developed in order to birth that character into a multi-dimensional being readers will care about or sympathize with.
