Why Read Books

Books seem obsolete.. Books are slow, inefficient, and, far less visual than TV and movies. The article is efficient, distilled wisdom, and a Google search can usually find you an on-target article instantly and for free.

So why should we remain enamored of the book? I make the case in my Psychology Today article today.
