If you are looking for a great book to get your kids hooked on, then I recommend the Prince Iggy series." 5 Star Review, The Pen and Muse Book Reviews, Amazon“Has the flavor of a Dickens and a Harry Potter story while remaining wholly original. It just shares those characteristics that make it such an enjoyable read. This book should be on every child's must read list and if I'm to be perfectly honest it should be on every adults list too. It has enough subtle adult humor well within its boundaries to make it an entertaining read for the parents too. It certainly has a modern message. It shows just how heartbreaking bullying can be by children as well as adults. It's a story about losing yourself and finding yourself. It shows being a bully doesn't pay off but believing in yourself does." 5 Star Review, April S., Amazon  About the Author: Aldo Fynn Aldo Fynn Aldo Fynn enjoys writing wacky, fantastical stories. Prince Iggy and the Kingdom of Naysayer is his debut novel. It's the first book in the Adventures of Prince Iggy Series. He's also written two wacky, laugh-out-loud picture books. He lives under his desk and promises he won't come out until Book 3 in the series is complete. Which is a shame because his desk is based in Los Angeles, where it's sunny and 70 degrees most of the year.

On the Victory Trail ~ Spotlight

Skye Nicholson once was a rebellious juvenile delinquent who lived in numerous foster homes and had a hard time loving anyone, especially herself. But that was before finding a love of horses and a family in the Chambers at Keystone Stable. Now a friend from her past life, Sooze Bodmer, has come to Keystone Stables as well, and Skye is challenged to help a friend who reminds her a lot of herself. Skye teaches Sooze the ins and outs of horse care, riding, and showing, and she helps her train Pepsi, a champion quarter horse, for the halter class at the upcoming horse show. About the Author Marsha Hubler's latest project is for ladies of all ages. Moving from juvenile fiction, she has written an Amish/Mennonite romance series entitled THE LOVES OF SNYDER COUNTY. She's also working on a girl/horse juvenile fiction series entitled THE LOVING HOOFS RESCUE RANCH SERIES, title one called SNOW, PHANTOM STALLION OF THE POCONOS.
Living in central PA in a community populated by the Amish and Mennonite folk, Marsha's accurate portrayal of their lifestyles enhances her writing style, bringing life to her Snyder County characters.

She also is the author of three other kids' books, a Bible study guide for ladies, and a homeschooling helps book. She has a master's degree in education, has over 40 years experience in education, and is presently a homeschool consultant in central Pennsylvania.
Marsha has always loved kids and horses. She's been a foster parent and had owned horses for over 20 years. Her "Skye and Champ" stories in the Keystone Stables books reflect many of her own "wild" experiences with kids and horses. She also loves dogs and has two mixed terriers, Skippy and Bailey, who she adopted from a no-kill rescue shelter.
Living in a rural farm area of Pennsylvania affords Marsha the luxury of enjoying her three-acre property with her husband and dogs. She has a goldfish pond and a gazebo in her backyard.
Most of all, she is thankful to God for allowing her to write books. She accepted Christ as her Savior at the age of eleven, and now she can look back and see how God prepared her to write books. She considers it a special calling to write, especially for young people, and share biblical principles with which her readers can have happy and productive lives.

Breath of Angel ~ Spotlight

The stranger’s cloak had fallen back, and with it, a long, white, blood-stained wing. When Melaia, a young priestess, witnesses the gruesome murder of a stranger in the temple courtyard, age-old legends recited in song suddenly come to life. She discovers wings on the stranger, and the murderer takes the shape of both a hawk and a man. Angels. Shape-shifters. Myths and stories—until now. Melaia finds herself in the middle of a blood feud between two immortal brothers who destroyed the stairway to heaven, stranding angels in the earthly realm. When Melaia becomes a target, she finds refuge with a band of angels attempting to restore the stairway. But the restoration is impossible without settling an ancient debt—the “breath of angel, blood of man,” a payment that involves Melaia’s heart, soul, and destiny. Praise for Breath of Angel

“Karyn Henley spins a lyrical young-adult tale of mythical and legendary beings, of reimagined angels and terrifying malevolents, in a small kingdom where the world’s fate rests on a young priestess’s shoulders.”
—Kathy Tyers, author of Shivering World and the Firebird series

“Karyn Henley’s novel starts with a jolt, grabs the reader by the collar, and doesn’t slow down one minute. This author infuses her text with imagery, suspense, and a cast that will appeal to all ages. In addition, it has a feeling that I can only describe as “folklorish,” with all the best elements that come with that—music, magic, and mystery. I think it’s destined to become a classic.”
—Kathi Appelt, author of The Underneath, National Book Award finalist, Newbery Honor Book, PEN USA Award

“This lusciously written fantasy has it all: epic battles, earthbound angels, immortal humans, and a bright, engaging heroine. Henley’s young priestessturned-warrior is forced to put her past together like a jigsaw puzzle with pieces so sharp they cut. Her story is nearly impossible to forget, so readers will be eager for more!”
