Brides Of The Coloma Gold Rush Box Set: A Clean Historical Mail Order Bride Series

In 1850, the town of Coloma, California may be a dream come true for those panning for gold, but will the men in town be as lucky when they search for true love? Find out in Charity Phillips' Brides Of The Coloma Gold Rush series! This collection includes the following four sweet mail order bride romances:

A Mail Order Bride For Daniel: Daniel Bishop is a handsome and kind miner of coal and gold. Though his work is thrilling and he has made a fortune in gold, there is one thing he is desperately missing: a wife with which to share both his life and riches. He has been writing letters to a sweet and feisty young woman named Hannah James, a jewelry store clerk in New York, and she is eager to join him out West. Problems arise when Hannah raises her desire to continue selling jewelry as she had back East. Daniel, out of concern for her safety, initially tries to discourage her due to the fact that the town is known for its history of run-ins with bandits. One day, while Daniel is away working, Hannah attempts to go mining on her own, and due to her lack of experience, she finds herself lost in a deep, dark cave. Will Daniel be able to save his new bride from danger, and if so, how can he ensure her safety while helping her fulfill her lifelong dreams?

A Mail Order Bride For Franklin: Sheriff Franklin McQueen and his son, Geoffrey, work tirelessly to keep the town safe from bandits. A few years prior, Franklin’s beloved wife, Gladys, passed away; now, the sheriff longs for a new wife on which to bestow his love and care–and with which he can better run his jail house. After placing an advertisement in the newspaper for a mail order bride, he begins corresponding with a young woman named Miss Louise Winchester. When she arrives, however, she feels overwhelmed and out of her depth while helping in the jail house, and comes to believe that she may not be the right sort of woman for Franklin after all. When she finally begins to feel at ease, it turns out that one of the bandits has it in for her. Can Franklin keep his new bride safe from harm?

A Mail Order Bride For Benjamin: Upon being released from jail on account of his good behavior, Benjamin Pickett is ready to start a new life and set up roots in the town of Coloma. The former bandit has begun to form a friendship with Franklin, the town sheriff, who warns him that although he is reformed in the eyes of the law, that the townsfolk may still be wary of him.
With Franklin’s help, Benjamin acquires a job at the neighboring lumber mill, and after gaining the trust of his new boss and his fellow workers, he is given a chance to build the home of his dreams. He longs for a wife to share his life with and places an advertisement in the newspaper, and before long, he is sending a ticket for Miss Maybelle Fields to travel from Maryland to join him. Only one problem remains. How can he propose to Maybelle until he has confessed the truth about his past?

A Mail Order Bride For Thomas: Thomas Cooke, the head supervisor at the lumber mill, watches his coworkers return home every day to their loving wives and begins to desperately long for a wife of his own. There aren’t many women living in town who aren’t already spoken for, however, so he decides to place an advertisement for a mail order bride. When a charming cook named Violet Pringle arrives, it seems as though they were made for each other, cut from the same piece of dough, as Violet likes to think. Just days after their wedding, while Thomas is away at the mill, a fire breaks out in town. To his dismay, he learns that the flames are in fact coming from his home. Will Violet, the love of his life, be spared? Will the flames devour the home he built with his very hands?

In Love With Malta: The Hidden Treasures

What is it about the Maltese Islands that brings an Irishman back to these little multi-coloured rocks year after year, fills him with joy and enchantment, and sends him home restored, revitalised, and eagerly looking forward to his next visit? A good question, I hear you say, and one that I suspect thousands of others have asked themselves but can’t explain the magnetism of the islands or why they like me, became addicted to this idyllic little spot on the planet.
In this ‘Guide to the Hidden Treasures of the Maltese Islands,’ I have answered that question. It is well known that Malta is renowned for its heroic history, exquisite landscape and its charming inhabitants, but I have been amazed to find the Maltese Islands so brimful with hidden gems that are not featured or well known, and I figure that without guidance, it might take visitors several trips to discover them. I have been coming for twelve years and I’m still adding to my collection of ‘must visit’ beauty spots, little treasures that you won’t find in the mainstream guide books, but are well worth seeing, and in my opinion, define the charm and mystique of Malta, Gozo and Comino.
Malta has many fine bustling cities and towns. The capital, the World Heritage City of Valletta, is an amazing example of baroque architecture and is a wonderful testament to the artistry of the Knights who built it all those centuries ago. Today it stands majestically in all its beauty and splendour, adorned with magnificent palaces, richly embellished churches, old world shops and restaurants.

Throughout the islands you will also find lots of sleepy villages and picturesque little fishing ports. But Malta can be lively and modern too with a myriad of restaurants, cafes, clubs and nightlife. There is something for everyone to enjoy from living it up in modern urban resorts to meandering at your leisure in little traditional hamlets and villages dotted throughout the islands where time seems to stand still and you can linger awhile and relax in the warm sunshine.
So, come with me on a trek through this ancient paradise of history, beauty and intrigue. If like me, you are addicted to exquisite beauty, fascinated by rich culture or enchanted by warm friendly people, then a stroll through these delightful little islands will fill you with pleasure, gladden your heart and leave you eagerly looking forward to your next visit to the Maltese Islands.
Paddy Cummins has written twelve books. Three novels, one Epic Sea Book. one Memoir, an autobiography, two Travel Books, one self-help book and three Collections of Short Stories and Poems.
His travel book: 'It's a Long Way to Malta' (An Irishman's Gem in the Med) is internationally acclaimed as the first real travel book that gets to the heart of The Maltese Islands and is a multiple Kindle number one.
His two romantic adventure novels, 'Dream Valley' (The Price of Paradise) and 'Green Lodge' have been number one best-sellers on Kindle. His autobiography, 'The Long Road', is now available on Kindle and Amazon.

'In Love With Malta' (The Hidden Treasures) is Paddy's new Travel Book and has just been launched on Kindle and Amazon.

Paddy lives in Ireland during the summer and spends the winter months in Malta. LinksAmazon:  https://tinyurl.com/ycmj7yq8

He dances divinely and says the most outlandish, romantic things that leave her heart racing.
Who is he, and will the magic end at the stroke of midnight?
This is a Christian romance of approximately 100 pages. Felicia Mires began her writing career years ago when she became bored with what she found available in the Christian Fiction market. Hoping to entertain herself and provide inspiration to other Christians, she wrote her first novel, Diamonds are for Eden. Since that time, she has written more than 20 Christian novels (all with a bit of romance), even becoming a finalist in the ACFW competition. Along the way, she has judged multiple writing contests, edited scores of books for other writers, and discovered a wealth of fascinating Christian fiction.

But, God did not create man, or woman, for books alone. Thankfully, there is relationship. Felicia has been married for over 25 years to Gene Mires, from whom she gains a plethora of hilarious and creative ideas. Felicia and Gene have three incredible children, three dogs who think they're children, and a cat who torments the dogs. Ahh, the drama...and unending plot ideas.

Life is full of relationship. If you need a bit of inspiration or encouragement, try Christian Fiction by Felicia Mires.

The Secret Life of Sarah Hollenbeck

Becoming a Christian is the best and worst thing that has ever happened to Sarah Hollenbeck. Best because, well, that's obvious. Worst because, up to this point, she's made her very comfortable living as a well-known, bestselling author of steamy romance novels that would leave the members of her new church blushing. Now Sarah is trying to reconcile her past with the future she's chosen. She's still under contract with her publisher and on the hook with her enormous fan base for the kind of book she's not sure she can write anymore. She's beginning to think that the church might frown on her tithing on royalties from a "scandalous" book. And the fact that she's falling in love with her pastor doesn't make things any easier.
With a powerful voice, penetrating insight, and plenty of wit, Bethany Turner explodes onto the scene with a debut that isn't afraid to deal with the thorny realities of living the Christian life. Bethany Turner has been writing since the second grade, when she won her first writing award for her essay explaining why, if she could have lunch with any person throughout history, she would choose John Stamos. Do-gooders all around her chose Reagan, Thatcher and Gorbachev, but it was Bethany's ode to Uncle Jesse which walked away with the prize. More than 25 years later, her writing is still infused with pop culture and off-the-beaten-track ideas.

Bethany is a born and bred Kentucky girl who relocated to Colorado in 2001, three years after meeting the love of her life in a chat room, back before anyone knew that wasn't always a good idea. Thankfully, it worked out in this case, and she and her husband are the proud parents of two boys. In 2014 Bethany walked away from her career as a bank vice president to step out in faith as a writer. Since then, God has not only opened doors in the publishing world, but has also called her to full-time ministry serving on a church staff. She is an innovative systems administrator for a rural church that is passionate about reaching the unchurched.

Bethany's debut novel for Revell is a romantic comedy which stays true to her pop culture roots, and will be published in October 2017. Her home on the web is www.seebethanywrite.com.

Bethany is proud to say that John Stamos regularly ignores her on social media, even to this very day.LinksAmazom: https://tinyurl.com/y9p8geh6 Twitter: @SeeBethanyWrite
