Very Early Memories

I loved fairy tales as a kid. One of me earliest television memories was watching Rogers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella on television.  It was in black and white and my mom and dad let us stay up late to see it.  Mainly because I bugged them.

Guest: Tucker McCallahan – Resist and Triumph Blog Tour

First I’d like to thank the inestimable Andrew Grey for having me on his blog. Thanks, Andrew! The Resist & Triumph Anthology was the brainchild of Grace Duncan, and I was privileged to be able to serve as a co-editor as well as a contributing author. It’s always exciting to me when artists come together and give of their talents; I think it’s such a wonderful way to both bring attention to issues and effect change. The stories in the anthology cover a wide range of genres; everything from historical romance to dystopian future fiction. What they have in … Continued

Guest: Sean Michael – Protection Detail Blog Tour

A big thank you to Andrew Grey for hosting me today! I’ve really enjoyed writing the Underground series of books. There’s something very sexy about a blue collar man – especially if he’s also in a uniform. I think a part of it is because it’s easier for me to identify with the blue collar crowd than the millionaire or high powered executive. The later are the stuff of fantasy, whereas the blue collar boys feel much more real. In Protection Detail, both men work as bodyguards (or as the organizer of bodyguards in Dustin’s case – he’s moved … Continued

Guest: How to Drink Like a Champion by Brianna Kienitz

How to Drink Like a Champion A foxy fox and a T-rex walk into a gay bar. It’s not a joke, it’s Off Pitch. Well, it is hilarious, but I don’t want to give too much away and spoil the fun for you. Suffice to say that Adeline Fahey’s 21st birthday is a night she may or may not remember forever. I named a couple of the drinks she enjoyed along the way, and have since had numerous requests from beta readers to share the recipes for them. Without further ado, and here to wet your whistle, I give … Continued

Never Let You Go

I love romantic stories.  I better since I write them.  But there are some tropes that really speak to me.  One of them is second chance at love.  Ash and Brighton were friends since childhood and it grew to so much more.  But Ash joined the service and had one final tour of duty, but he didn’t come home.  Brighton thinks he’s dead and has been mourning his loss.  Ash isn’t dead but Ash wonders if he might as well be after what’s he’s been through.  Broken, alone, and hurting he comes home…  That’s when he makes an assumption that … Continued

Setting For Carlisle Cops and My Home

Good morning,  I thought with the release of the Carlisle Cops Book 6 – Fire and Fog on the 11th, I’d share some pictures of my hometown and the where these stories are set.  This is the old courthouse and a few street views on a rainy Friday morning.  I love the tree lined streets and the old fashioned charm. Fire and Fog Releases July 11 and the rest of the titles in the series are on sale, so don’t miss out. https://www.amazon.com/Fire-Fog-Carli...
