Book Signing Photos

My very first book signing brought in friends and fans and even a local author. This first picture is of my good friends, Sharon, Miah ( the owner of Trendsetters ) the show room in which my book signing took place. My fabulous outfit was donated by Miah from her wonderful line of clothing.

Interview with Brenda Huber

I'm interviewing a wonderful and talented author today. Brenda Huber's debut release, Mine, is out today from The Wild Rose Press. This full length Vampire romance is sooooo very worth your time. But I'll get on to my take on this story in a minute. Welcome to my blog, Brenda. I'm gonna ask ya a few questions and then give ya time to tell us about your new release. Okay... I gotta know why... Why Vampires? Have you always wanted to write them or are you a Twilight junkie? My interest in...

Contracts and Milestones
The third and final book in my time travel trilogy, Redeeming Vows, has been in my editors hands for less than two weeks and a contract is on its way to my hands.
Fin and Lizzy's story completes the circle, literally and figuratively. For those who have picked up Binding Vows and who are looking forward to Myra's story, Silent Vows, this final chapter ties the entire trilogy into a neat little bow.

Things that make you go... Hmmm?
Every morning when I click into my e-mail I find several alerts that have my name, the names of my books or some combination there of. I find reviews of my books this way... find some of my titles in the strangest of places. Or places neither I nor my publisher has put out there. Example, Binding Vows has been found in a Ren Faire Magazine, which warms my heart because I think this would be a wonderful read for any Ren Faire player who loves to live a '...

"I finished your novel in one day."

These are the best words an author can hear! Okay, maybe next to... "We want to publish your novel."
But after...
Once the work is done and you're waiting for feedback from readers...
"I finished your novel in one day." Followed by, "When is the second book coming out?"
Music to this authors ears. Binding Vows isn't exactly a short story either. 300 pages takes a bit of time to consume.
So tell me, authors... what is music to your ears? What do you live for in terms of feedback from your readers?
