Thank you to everyone who entered to win the advance copies of Michael’s book. Since all profits are going to the Canadian Cancer Society, I’d like to ask the winners of this contest and any future contest to consider donating $10 to them in Michael’s name, but at the very least, would appreciate a quick review on Goodreads and Amazon.
