Thanks, Backlist releases, and New Stuff

Thanks for all the comments on my RITA nom plus the upcoming Mackenzies! I'm waiting for hard copy of my new contract to be in my hands, then I'll tell you all about some great new stuff coming up. (Basically: more Mackenzies and more Shifters, but some fun things too!)

You might notice my story, "Shifter Made" there and on the Home page. That's a novella originally published in The Mammoth Book of Irish Romance , that I'm offering to readers as an ebook standalone for 99 cents. I'll be posting more about that in the next week or so, but it's available now (follow links on E-book releases page or Home page).

RITA Finalist!

Have to get the good news in here? On my Allyson James side, I'm a RITA finalist! For Stormwalker, in the category Novel with Strong Romantic Elements. In case you're not familiar with the RITA, it's the award given by the Romance Writers of America for the best romance novels of the year. A difficult award for which to final, even more difficult to win. :-) Wish me luck.

I'm very pleased, because this is a series from the heart.

New Covers for the Mackenzies Series!!

Two new covers--The Madness of Lord Ian Mackenzie and The Many Sins of Lord Cameron. Both releasing August 7, 2011 (Madness as a reprint).

Both are pre-orderable at Amazon (Madness, Cameron), B&N (Madness, Cameron), Borders (Madness, Cameron) and wherever else you like to pre-order books. They will be available in both print and ebook editions.

Elizabeth Hoyt gave me some nice quotes for both. She rocks. :-)

E-book lovers: Yes, PRIMAL BONDS will be available via Amazon Kindle, B&N Nook, Kobo / Borders (they are still selling books, yep *g*), Sony, Books on Board, and probably All Romance Ebooks and other ebook vendors.

And it will be in print. :-)

I'm working on Wild Cat (Book 3) even as we speak, and it looks like there will be more after that.

Also--for Allyson James folks, there will be a new Tales of the Shareem book (Braden) out sometime in the next couple of months. It's in and edited; I'm just waiting to hear the pub date. Check out the verra nice cover in the meantime.

More and more updates

I recently got word that PRIDE MATES (Book 1 of Shifters Unbound) will be re-released in both mass market paperback and e-book in July 2011. The cover is similar to the first, but this one will be published by Berkley Sensation. So it will be available again, hooray! Pre-order from Amazon by clicking the title (the Kindle and other versions will be available closer to release date).

Reminder that Book 2 of Shifters Unbound: PRIMAL BONDS releases on March 1, 2011. Soon!

The Madness of Lord Ian Mackenzie will be re-released by Berkley in August 2011 to coincide with the release of The Many Sins of Lord Cameron . You can preorder those by clicking the titles. (Lord Ian will also be available in e-book again at that time.)
