How Hot Can It Get?
I don't know about you, but I am sorely sick of this hot dry weather. Yes, I live in Texas, and of course, we're accustomed to this to some degree--but not relentless heat with no rain.
As a result, I stay in the house most of the day, at least after lunch. Anything I must do in town, I do in the mornings.
Since most of my time is my own, I write a lot, but lately, I've been reading more than writing.
So many books...so little time!
Pull a chair up, check out the books on my page, and choose something.
Happy Reading---

Texas Blue-released
Greetings! February has been a very cold, wet month in Texas. I've kept warm, though, and very busy. My newest release came on Jan. 29, 2010, titled TEXAS BLUE, a western historical published by The Wild Rose Press. It's available in eBook, print, and on Kindle.
Today I posted a review for RAINWATER by Sandra Brown. It's a departure from her usual fare, but I absolutley loved it--Five Stars. Read the review. Take care, and happy reading. Celia Yeary

I Love Blogs
I write romance novels. One is released, and two are coming soon. But I really love my blog-- www.celiayeary.blogspot.com
On it, I can write about anything I want, and it's one of the most enjoyable details of my author life.I post a new one every Thursday, and each falls into a specific category: True Love Stories from Texas; author interviews; Motivational essays; anecdotal stories about my childhood (growing up on the South Plains of Texas); and sometimes a short tale about some Texas hero/heroine, with a Texas recipe.
Most blogs seem to feature a daily post, but I find that rather tedious, at least for me. My brain and memory doesn't hold that many creative items. I must be selective and think out a blog--I rarely write off the top of my head.
