Articles of Incorporation will be filed with the Florida Division of Corporations on April 15, 2009.

To protect the Board of Directors, all Directors will be listed under the Corporate mailing address as opposed to any personal residence addresses. Once the Florida Incorporation filing is made the Georgia Limited Liability Company will be dissolved.

BENT OVER LOOKING DOWN: Its A Bow My King!

While the White House (not that Robert Gibbs, Bill Burton or David Axelrod really know anything) says Barack Obama did not bow to the Saudi King. Well look at the picture above, Obama is bent over, looking down, not looking at the Saudi King, so the White House can do what they always do (which is tell everyone they are seeing things)but the old phrase, "a picture is worth a 1000 words" and this picture demonstrates clearly Barack Obama did indeed BOW before the Saudi King.
