"Drunk History" Stonewall Re-enactment Better Than Roland Emmerich Film
If you recall, the film about Stonewall by Roland Emmerich received a lot of bad press because many in the LGBTQ community didn't think it was done correctly. They claim that Hollywood, once again, white-washed LGBTQ history. I posted about it a few times, here. The reviews weren't that great either.

Male Full Frontal Nudity The Leftovers
I finally had a chance to start binge watching more of The Leftovers' TV shows and there it was: male full frontal nudity. Right before my very eyes. It's a full frontal nude scene with actor, Chris Zylka, and it's fast.
Tom is only able to keep up appearances for so long before having to give the newcomers something to hope for following a bizarre sexual encounter with Guilty Remnant poster gal, Meg Abbott (Liv Tyler).
It's a good scene, but...

Over the years, I've posted about all these anti-gay slurs that always tend to happen at professional sports events, and this time it's interesting because Mexican Football Officials seem to have a defense. The obligatory apology isn't being offered this time.
While you might have been wounded by homophobic jeers at soccer games, sports officials have determined they are “not insulting,” so you no longer have to be offended...

Her book wasn't in a genre I would normally read, so I tried to click that button where you can see less from someone on Facebook. It was nothing personal. I just wasn't interested in that genre.

I'm working on a new book where the main characters take on new jobs at a brand new online LGBT media outlet. I'm not totally sure where the focus will lead me yet, but the LGBT media is a business just like all other media outlets and the bottom line is often about money. And rightly so. It's also why I always support the gay media outlets even when I don't always agree with them. I remember a time...in the 90s...when the only gay media source...

There's a video series called Out of Touch that's trying to battle LGBT-phobic bullying of all kinds. Some of the stories could break your heart.
In the first episode we hear from a trans teen who describes how ‘badly’ their mom took the news after they came out as trans. At first she ignored them and then started being really ‘nasty’ and bullying them. ‘It surprised me. How could someone be that cruel to their own child?’ they say.
