DRONES, TEXAS, STATES, AND TRENDS

In the wake of the Sandy Hook School shooting tragedy – whatever really happened, and there is a growing body of data to suggest the “official” version is as leaky as the Warren Report or the various official versions of 9/11 – the incident was seized upon by opportunists to ram through yet another attempt [...]

THE DEPARTMENT OF PRE-CRIME HAS ARRIVED

A few days ago I blogged about the arrival of a new software program called RIOT that is designed to track multitudes of individuals and all their contacts on social media. There I tied the development to the INSLAW scandal and its development of a similar software architecture in the 1980s, and to Philip K. [...]

DRONES, DORNER, AND THE LATEST PARIS/NEW YORK FASHIONS

Many of you caught this one: the case of former LAPD police officer-turned-alleged-murderer is being used to notch up public support for the deployment of drones on American soil. Indeed, it is a curious synchronicity that the surname (Dorner) appears as a kind of almost-anagram of the technology (drone). Some news media outlets in the [...]

THE GMO STORY JUST KEEPS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE, OR, I’LL HAVE A BILDERBURGER, WITH CHEESE, HOLD THE MAYO

Just when you thought you had heard it all in terms of the health dangers posed by GMOs, or, for that matter, new all time lows in corporate greed, hypocrisy, and inhumanity, there’s this one, and it concerns Mr. Bill Gates and his ownership of a tidy amount of Mon(ster)santo stock: Bill Gates Dodges Questions [...]

EARTHQUAKES AND THE IONOSPHERE

I am truly deeply indebted in this blog to the research efforts of Ms. P.H., who kindly shared the following links with me. When I read the abstracts, I knew this was another of those finds (of Ms. P.H., once again), that had to be shared here. But first, some background. As most of you [...]

ECONOPHYSICS, AND THE PROMIS OF RIOT

Mr. P.T. brought this to my attention, and I have to comment on it. And this “having to comment” is both an interior compulsion, and a kind of moral imperative, all at once. But first, a little background. In my book Babylon’s Banksters I talked about the emergence, in the late 1970s and early 1980s, [...]

PERCEPTION MANAGEMENT, MYTHS, AND MONEY

Mr. V.T., a regular reader of this site, sent this one to me and I must admit I really am impressed with this article, as much for its implications as for its actual subject. Why? I have talked here on this website and spoken on The Byte Show at some length on the subject of [...]

RT: ARE THE EARTHQUAKE WARS ON AGAIN?

On Feb 12, 2013, Russia Today (RT) reported on the recent North Korean nuclear test, but did so in terms that left me somewhat baffled. There is the usual expression from the usual parties that North Korea is not abiding by international sanctions, and, somewhat but not entirely surprisingly, both Russia and China have strongly [...]

CHINA, JAPAN, AND THE USA: IS THE USA GOADING JAPAN INTO CONFRONTATION WITH CHINA?

When the Fukushima tragedy happened to the people of Japan, I think it probably moved all of us, at some point, to tears. Watching the victims stoically trying to pick up the pieces of their lives, and then the brave people trying to put out nuclear reactor fires, all this brought them to my eyes, [...]

TIDBIT: PYRAMIDS IN THE SUDAN

Thanks to Mr. V.T. for passing this one along. There has been an interesting discovery of pyramids used as tombs in the Sudan, including a circular chamber inside a pyramid. These are small structures, compared to the Egyptian: Cluster of 35 ancient pyramids unearthed in Sudan
