ASTRONOMY IS “SIRIUS” BUSINESS

As an Egyptian child 3,000 years ago, you might have asked your mother, “Mommy, where did I come from?” She may have replied, “Well, dear, I think it was from Orion’s Belt.
According to hieroglyphic records, the stars of Orion’s Belt were the symbolic analogy to the “phallus” of the constellation of Orion upon which his sister/wife Isis (the star Sirius) would “rise above Orion” in the sky and “impregnate” herself. The union of these two constellations, gave birth to their “son”, the Egyptian god Horus, the seventh “Divine Ruler” of Egypt.
Celestial orientation was the Egyptian common denominator to an understanding of the Egyptian viewpoint of life on Earth, and life after death.
The Egyptian priesthood worshipped the stars. The comings and goings of the gods were monitored by the stars. The calendar of days, holidays, festivals and harvests were determined by the stars. The rising of the star Sirius, also called the “Dog Star” because of its prominent position in the constellation of Canis Major, marked the beginning of the new year and is the entire basis for the Easter celebration as adopted by the Christians centuries after the fall of Egypt. The movements of the star Sirius monitored the entire Egyptian calendar.
MYSTERIOUS SIRIUS
Sirius is actually a double star system. One of the stars is the brightest star in the sky visible from Earth. The other is a dark star, an extremely dense and heavy star, which is entirely invisible to the naked eye. (One teaspoon of matter from this star might weigh thousands of pounds on Earth). The dark star was not detected for the first time until 1970.
The triple star system of Sirius gained international notoriety during the late 1960s. Though never photographed until 1970, the dark star of Sirius was made known to a team of French anthropologists by a remote tribe living near Timbuktu in Northern Africa called the Dogon. The religious leaders of the Dogon knew all about these stars, including, mysteriously:
1/ The exact 50 year repeating pattern of the elliptical orbit of Sirius “B” around Sirius “A”.
2/ Patterns of orbital motion relative to each other (one star periodically blocks the view of the other as they revolve).
3/ The extremely small size, the tremendously dense and heavy mass and invisibility of Sirius “B”.
4/ The existence of the red dwarf star, Sirius “C”, which was not observed for the first time by modern astronomers until 1995.
5/ For more than a thousand years, the Dogon also knew about four other “invisible” bodies in our own solar system; namely, the four major moons of Jupiter which were not acknowledged in Western civilization until Galileo discovered them with his version of the telescope which had been invented the previous year, in 1608, by Hans Lippershey.
A DOGON SIRIUS MYSTERY
How could an obscure tribe of technically backward, uneducated people know so many factual details about a star system of which Western astronomers knew almost nothing?
This relatively primitive tribe of black Africans claimed that their ancestors were priests who had been driven out of Egypt in the very distant past. The secrets of these priests were closely held among the elders of their tribe. They claim that a race of beings with aquatic characteristics descended from a planet in the star system of Sirius. These being were called the “Nomos”. These beings are reported to have brought civilization to Earth about 5,000 years ago and then returned to the Sirius system. The Dogon say that the Nomos will return to Earth. The Dogon say that the detailed information they possess about the Sirius star system was given to them about 5,000 years ago by the beings who came to Earth from Sirius.
The scientific, cultural, religious, mythological, astronomical and anthropological implications of the knowledge of the Dogon, and of the tremendous significance placed on Sirius by the Egyptian priests, is marvelously documented in the fascinating book by Robert K G Temple entitled, ‘The Sirius Mystery’. This book has inspired other innovative investigators to pick up the trail of the investigation into what was REALLY going on in ancient Egypt.
Egyptology has fascinated scholars and captured popular imagination for thousands of years. Why? Simply because it has been so mysterious! Subjects that are easily investigated and understood rarely command much attention. And, there are few subjects as full of hidden meanings, esoteric innuendo and misleading anomalies as the hieroglyphic texts and architectural monuments of Egypt.
Despite decades of investigation, the theoretical posturing of Egyptologists have left many of the very basic elements of its mysteries unanswered. For example:
1/ What secret information did the priests of Isis and Osiris NOT share with the uninitiated layman?
2/ What knowledge did the priests and pharaohs possess, which empowered them with control over not only the affairs of state, but the wealth of the richest treasury in the world?
3/ Were the priests hiding something from the rest of the world?
Just as modern Western intelligence agencies have controlled knowledge to protect their special vested interests over the last thousand years, so did the priests of ancient Egypt.
The secret order of priests in Egypt possessed a very, very sophisticated knowledge of mathematics, architecture and astronomy, among other esoteric studies. In fact, most of the rest of the world learned almost everything they knew from Egypt, with the possible exception of the Sumerians, who had already built their own pyramid civilization before the Egyptians ever got started.

“The Ouroboros Serpent
A variety of renderings of the Ouroboros Serpent from various cultures, religions and philosophical disciplines are featured as illustrative decoration on many pages of this book. (Mortality Mechanics Manual)
I have included this symbol, as it has been used almost universally on Earth throughout the ages, beginning in the Egyptian period, and possible as early as the Veda which dates back as far as 10,000 years. This symbol has been used to represent a variety of existential interpretations of the spiritual and physical condition of humankind and the universe.
“The Ouroboros is an ancient symbol depicting a serpent or dragon eating its own tail. The name originates from within Greek language; (oura) meaning “tail” and (boros) meaning “eating”, thus “he who eats the tail”.
The Ouroboros represents the perpetual cyclic renewal of life and infinity, the concept of eternity and the eternal return, and represents the cycle of life, death and rebirth, leading to immortality, as in the Phoenix. The current mathematical symbol for infinity – may be derived from a variant on the classic Ouroboros with the snake looped once before eating its own tail, and such depictions of the double loop as a snake eating its own tail are common today in fantasy art and fantasy literature, though other conjectures also exist.
It can also represent the idea of primordial unity related to something existing in or persisting before any beginning with such force or qualities it cannot be extinguished. The ouroboros has been important in religious and mythological symbolism, but has also been frequently used in alchemical illustrations, where it symbolizes the circular nature of the alchemist’s opus. It is also often associated with Gnosticism and Hermeticism.
The serpent or dragon eating its own tail has survived from antiquity and can be traced back to Ancient Egypt, circa 1600 B.C.E. It is contained in the Egyptian Book of the Netherworld. The Ouroboros was popular after the Amarna period. In the Book of the Dead, which was still current in the Graeco-Roman period,
the self-begetting sun god Atun is said to have ascended from chaos-waters with the appearance of a snake, the animal renewing itself every morning, and the deceased wishes to turn into the shape of the snake Sato (“son of the earth”), the embodiment of Atun.
The famous Ouroboros drawing from the early alchemical text The Chrysopoeia of Cleopatra dating to 2nd century Alexandria encloses the words hen to pan, “one is the all”. Its black and white halves represent the Gnostic duality of existence. As such, the Ouroboros could be interpreted as the Western equivalent of the Taoist Yin-Yang symbol. The Chrysopoeia Ouroboros of Cleopatra is one of the oldest images of the Ouroboros to be linked with the legendary opus of the Alchemists, the Philosopher’s Stone.
Plato described a self-eating, circular being as the first living thing in the universe – an immortal, mythologically constructed beast. The living being had no need of eyes when there was nothing remaining outside him to be seen; nor of ears when there was nothing to be heard; and there was no surrounding atmosphere to be breathed; nor would there have been any use of organs by the help of which he might receive his food or get rid of what he had already digested, since there was nothing which went from him or came into him: for there was nothing beside him.
All the other six motions were taken away from him, and he was made not to partake of their deviations. And as this circular movement required no feet, the universe was created without legs and without feet. In Gnosticism, this serpent symbolized eternity and the soul of the world. The universe was early divided into Earth below and Heaven above. These, two as one, gave the idea of opposites but forming a unity. Each opposite was assumed to be powerful and so was their final unity. For creation of the universe they projected reproduction to conceive creation. Now reproduction results in the union of two opposites as male and female.
Correspondingly, the Chinese believed Light and Darkness, as the ideal opposites, when united, yielded creative energy. The two opposites were further conceived as matter and energy which became dual-natured but as one. The two opposites were yin-yang and their unity was called Chhi. Yin-Yang was treated separately in Chinese cosmology which consisted of five cosmic elements.
Since Chinese alchemy did reach Alexandria probably the symbol Yin-Yang, as dual-natured, responsible for creation, was transformed into a symbol called Ouroboros. It is a snake and as such as symbol of soul. Its head and anterior portion is red, being the color of blood as soul; its tail and posterior half is dark, representing body.
Ouroboros here is depicted white and black, as soul and body, the two as “one which is all.” It is cosmic soul, the source of all creation. Ouroboros is normally depicted with its anterior half as black but it should be the reverse as shown here. With the name Chemeia taken to Kim-Iya, the last word would take Ouroboros to Yin-Yang.
In Mesoamerica the serpent god Quetzalcoatl is sometimes portrayed biting his tail on Aztec and Toltec ruins. A looping Quetzalcoatl is carved into the base of the Pyramid of the Feathered Serpent, at Xochicalco, Mexico, 700-900 AD.
In Norse mythology, it appears as the serpent Jormungandr, one of the three children of Loki and Angrboda, who grew so large that it could encircle the world and grasp its tail in its teeth. In the legends of Ragnar Lodbrok, such as Ragnarssona patter, the Geatish king Herraud gives a small lindworm as a gift to his daughter Pora Town-Hart after which it grows into a large serpent which encircles the girl’s bower and bites itself in the tail. The serpent is slain by Ragnar Lodbrok who marries Pora. Ragnar later has a son with another woman named Kraka and this son is born with the image of a white snake in one eye. This snake encircled the iris and bit itself in the tail, and the son was named Sigurd Snake-in-the-Eye.
Christians adopted the Ouroboros as a symbol of the limited confines of this world (that there is an “outside” being implied by the demarcation of an inside), and the self-consuming transitory nature of a mere this-worldly existence following in the footsteps of the Preacher in Ecclesiastes.
It could very well be used to symbolize the closed-system model of the universe of some physicists even today.’
In Freemasonry the Ouroboros is displayed on numerous Masonic seals, frontispieces and other imagery, especially during the 17th century.
The Ouroboros is featured in the seal of the Theosophical Society along with other traditional symbols.
Alchemically, the ouroboros is also used as a purifying glyph. Ouroboros was and is the name for the Great World Serpent, encircling the Earth.
Ouroboros represents the conflict of life as well in that life comes out of life and death. ‘My end is my beginning.’ In a sense life feeds off itself, thus there are good and bad connotations which can be drawn. It is a single image with the entire actions of a life cycle – it begets, weds, impregnates, and slays itself, but in a cyclical sense, rather than linear.
Thus, it fashions our lives to a totality more towards what it may really be – a series of movements which repeat. “As Above, So Below” – we are born from nature, and we mirror it, because it is what man wholly is a part of. It is this symbolic rendition of the eternal principles that are presented in the Emerald Tablets of Thoth, (cited earlier).”

As youngsters, we’re all told the infamous story of the Titanic, the supposedly indestructible ship that sunk on its maiden voyage. We’re all familiar with the story: the ship left Southampton, England, headed for New York City on April 10, 1912.
Four days into the voyage, at 11:40pm on April 14, 1912, the Titanic struck an iceberg and sank at 2:20am, “resulting in the deaths of 1,517 people in one of the deadliest peacetime maritime disasters in history [12].”
Bad luck, we’re all led to believe. No one saw the iceberg and so the infallible ship sank. Bummer…
But few of us ever think that through. Forget, for a moment, the story we’re all fed. Does it make sense? My point is that just because we’re told a story when we’re young, doesn’t mean we should simply accept it as absolute truth.
Let’s take a look at some of the facts surrounding the sinking of the Titanic:

1. The unsinkable Titanic sunk…on its maiden voyage. How could this unsinkable ship sink? On its first trip, no less! That alone is quite remarkable/intriguing.
2. “Captain E.J. Smith ignored multiple iceberg warnings from his crew and other ships.” Getting from England to New York as fast as possible was goal number one, at the behest of his boss, Joseph Bruce Ismay, Managing Director of the White Star Line. Ismay had pressure from his boss, J.P. Morgan, owner of White Star Line [3]. By the way, Ismay survived the catastrophe.
3. Speaking of J.P. Morgan, he had his very own private suite and promenade deck on the Titanic. He was supposed to be on that fateful maiden voyage but canceled passage [8]. Coincidence or part of Morgan’s plan?
4. Once the Titanic struck the iceberg, the captain and his crew used white flares to signal distress. Unfortunately,white flares are not the color used to signal distress; red flares are always used to show distress. So the closest ship, the Californian, ignored the flares, assuming it was a celebratory signal, rather than an emergency [7]. Oops…
5. “All ships must carry sufficient lifeboats for the number of passengers on board. The Titanic did not [7].”
6. “About three million rivets were used to hold the sections of the Titanic together. Some rivets have been recovered from the wreck and analysed. The findings show that they were made of sub-standard iron. When the ship hit the iceberg, the force of the impact caused the heads of the rivets to break and the sections of the Titanic to come apart. If quality iron rivets had been used, the ship may not have sunk [7].”
7. “The belief that the ship was unsinkable was, in part, due to the fact that the Titanic had sixteen watertight compartments. However, the compartments did not reach as high as they should have. White Star Line did not want them to go all the way up because this would have reduced living space in first class [7].”
8. Killed on the sinking ship — along with 1,514 other people — were Benjamin Guggenheim, Isa Strauss and John Jacob Astor. Astor was, at the time, believed to be the wealthiest man on the planet. Guggenheim and Strauss weren’t far behind Astor. And these three powerful men opposed the Federal Reserve.

Morgan and John Jacob Astor. Both Morgan and Astor invested large sums of money in the brilliance of Nikola Tesla, a genius inventor who gained notoriety during the late 19th/early 20th century. Morgan’s primary concern with Tesla was making money. Astor and Tesla, however, were good friends [9].
“Col. John Jacob Astor, owner of the Waldorf-Astoria, held his famous dining-room guest [Tesla] in the highest esteem as a personal friend, and kept in close touch with the progress of his investigations. When he heard that his researches were being halted through lack of funds, he made available to Tesla the $30,000 he needed in order to take advantage of Curtis’ offer and build a temporary plant at Colorado Springs[11].”
So what was the big deal about Tesla? Well, “Tesla had claimed to be able to send electrical energy without wires before the turn of the century, and he envisioned people all around the globe sticking rods into the earth to extract that energy — free …. After Tesla admitted to financier J.P. Morgan that an experimental tower on Long Island was meant to send power as well as message, his public career ended …. Corporate moguls who were interested in creating monopolies and metering electrical power blackballed him [10].”
Now let’s take a look at a few of the above facts that, when taken together, may paint quite a different picture of the tragedy of the Titanic:
1. J.P. Morgan owned White Star Line ships. J.P. Morgan was also the main conspirator behind the creation of the Federal reserve banking system. He was supposed to be on the ship but canceled at the last moment.
2. John Jacob Astor, along with Benjamin Guggenheim and Isa Strauss, were three very wealthy and powerful men, all of whom were vehemently against the creation of the Federal Reserve, and were quite outspoken on the matter. Morgan viewed Astor and Co. as a huge obstacle. These three men died when the Titanic — a ship built by J.P. Morgan’s White Star Line — hit that infamous iceberg and sank.
3. J.P. Morgan and John Jacob Astor both funded Nikola Tesla, who created a way to generate an infinite amount of electrical energy. Tesla planned to allow people to access that energy for free, but Morgan squashed Tesla because he wanted to profit from energy, not give it away. Astor, Tesla’s good friend, seemed to have deep pockets for Tesla. Not good for Morgan.
4. Once Astor, Guggenheim and Strauss were dead, there was no more public outcry against the Federal Reserve. It passed congress and was signed into law the following year on December 23, 1913. In addition, now Tesla’s funding was wiped away, his friend in Astor gone.
You must admit, all of this is extremely interesting. Could Morgan have created this plot to kill off his biggest opponents? Did Morgan “whack” Astor because he was getting in his way on too many wealth and power-generating projects?
Admittedly, there are some holes in this interesting theory. For example:
1. Why wouldn’t Morgan have simply had Astor, Guggenheim and Strauss shot? That certainly would have been easier than sinking an entire ship. Then again, then there would have been intense investigations into their murders. When multi-billionaires turn up dead, no stone is left unturned.
2. How could Morgan guarantee Astor, Guggenheim and Strauss would be on the ship? Maybe there were behind-the-scenes events, put in place by Morgan, to ensure those men would be on the ship. We’ll never know.
3. Moreover, how could Morgan be sure Astor, Guggenheim and Strauss would go down with the ship and not get off onto lifeboats? Maybe Morgan knew well of the truly high character of Astor: “Colonel Astor was another of the heroes of the awful night. Effort was made to persuade him to take a place in one of the life-boats, but he emphatically refused to do so until every woman and child on board had been provided for, not excepting the women members of the ship’s company [4].” Apparently, Guggenheim and Strauss did the same.
4. Why would J.P. Morgan have believed that unless Astor, Guggenheim and Strauss were killed, his coveted Federal Reserve Act wouldn’t have passed? It seems strange that these three men would have had the combined political power to diffuse Morgan & Co.’s clandestine plans.
However, even with the doubt these questions raise in this theory, one cannot help but look upon the story of the Titanic with suspicion.
Is it just a coincidence that J.P. Morgan owned White Star Line, the company that produced the supposedly unsinkable Titanic, and that it went down with his enemy, John Jacob Astor, as well as Federal Reserve opposers Guggenheim and Strauss?
And is it merely coincidence that Morgan and Astor both funded Nikola Tesla, whose innovations could have been either the greatest gifts to mankind or the greatest wealth generators for the few, depending upon who controlled them?
Could the Titanic have been the most ingenious assassination in history?

THE TITANIC INSURANCE SCAM

In 1908, financier J.P. Morgan planned a brand new class of luxury liners that would enable the wealthy to cross the Atlantic in previously undreamed-of opulence. The construction of the giant vessels, the ‘Olympic’, the ‘Titanic’ and the ‘Britannic,’ began in 1909 at the Harland and Wolff shipyard in Belfast, Ireland.
Unfortunately for Morgan and his personal bank balance, this money-making venture went a little awry. The Olympic, the first one of the three sister-ships to be completed was involved in a serious collision with the British Royal Navy cruiser, HMS Hawke in September 1911 in Southampton a few weeks after its maiden voyage and had to be ‘patched-up’ before returning to Belfast to undergo proper repair work.
In hindsight, it does seem strange that although the Olympic, the first of the ‘sisters’ to enter service, was never given the publicity her younger sister, the Titanic, enjoyed the following year Why would that be?
In the meantime a Royal Navy inquiry into the accident found the Olympic at fault for the collision and this meant that the owner, White Star Line’s insurance was null and void. The White Star Line was out of pocket to the tune of at least £800,000 (around $90m today) for repairs and lost revenues.
However, for Morgan and the White Star Line, there was even worse news.
It is believed that the keel of the ship was actually twisted and therefore damaged beyond economic repair, which would have effectively meant the scrapyard. The White Star Line would have been bankrupted, given its precarious financial situation..
According to Robin Gardner’s book, ‘Titanic, the Ship that Never Sank?‘
the seeds were sown for an audacious insurance scam – the surreptitious switching of the identities of the two ships, Olympic and Titanic.
In his well-documented work, Gardner presents a long series of credible testimonies, indisputable facts and evidence, both written and photographic, that suggest that the two ships were indeed switched with a view to staging an iceberg collision or other unknown fatal event.
According to Gardner, “Almost two months after the Hawke/Olympic collision, the reconverted Titanic, now superficially identical to her sister except for the C deck portholes, quietly left Belfast for Southampton to begin a very successful 25-year career as the Olympic. Back in the builders’ yard, work progressed steadily on transforming the battered hulk of the Olympic into the Titanic. The decision to dispose of the damaged vessel would already have been taken. … Instead of replacing the damaged section of keel, longitudinal bulkheads were installed to brace it”.
How significant then in the light of this statement, that when the wreck of the Titanic was first investigated by Robert Ballard and his crew after its discovery in 1987, the first explorations of the wreckage reportedly showed (completely undocumented in the ships original blueprints) iron support structures in place which appeared to be supporting and bracing the keel.
This was never satisfactorily explained either at the time or subsequently but would certainly be significant if correct and there is absolutely no reason to believe that it is not correct, as it was reported by the puzzled Ballard himself who of course at that time knew nothing (and probably still does not even now) about the alleged switching of the two ships’ identities.
