Winter Porch Planter

I got inspired by all the winter planters I’ve been seeing online and decided to DIY one. I’m really happy with how it turned out! All the greenery came from our yard, so it only cost a few dollars for some sparkly picks and ribbon from the craft store. A few tips and tricks:

Leelenau Trail Cowl

 On a trip to visit family in rural northern Michigan, I finished my WIP (work-in-progress) and had nothing else in my luggage to knit or crochet. This is why one should always bring multiple projects on long car trips!

Summer Vacation

My monthly newsletter is going on hiatusfor awhile, because I’m taking a summer break this year. My kiddos are at that wonderful age where they still love spending time with Mom, so I’ll be focusing on family, fun and travel this summer.
