Electoral colleges open to generals at end of Merkel era

Polling stations in Germany opened this Sunday at 06:00 GMT to continue the general elections in this country, the country with the highest demographic weight in the European Union (EU), which will mark the end of the “Angela Merkel era” after 16 years in power.

More than 60 million eligible voters have been invited to the polls, which will be open until 16:00 GMT.

Venezuela has added 1,111 covid-19 infections in the last 24 hours
