End all travel restrictions on the UK

All Covid-19 related travel restrictions will be lifted from 4am on Friday 18 March.Whether vaccinated travelers will no longer need to complete Passenger Locator (PLF) into the UK. Unvaccinated people will also no longer need to take a negative test before departure or within 48 hours of arrival.
