My name is Sofia Essen. I'm originally from Scandinavia but I left that part of the world more than twenty years ago. I've lived and worked all over the globe since then, and now I'm based in Europe.

I have an insatiable wanderlust and an active imagination. When I'm not traveling, I enjoy writing stories that are set in places I have been to or would like to visit one day. I hope you will enjoy reading my novels as much as I enjoyed writing them.

Peanut is my only child - she's a four-legged furry creature. I found her in Italy. And now she's my constant companion.
