I'm on the right track!
For those of you who watch what you eat, here's the final word on nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting nutritional studies.
1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
3. The Chinese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
4. The Italians drink a lot of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans..
5. The Germans drink a lot of beer and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
CONCLUSION: Eat and drink what you like.

Vacation Pictures
I'm sharing this morning. Beginning with my friend Laura, who drove to Maine and back with me. We've known each other for years and had a great time. I kept her amused and she protected me from any biker dudes that I thought might be out to cause trouble:) We just entered Virginia.
Of course I can't go home and not have lobster! In fact Maine is the only place I'll eat it. Mary and her hubby Roger treated me to one. They were huge! I bought some sea scallops and by the looks of it, I'd just crammed one into my mouth.
Mary and me. We're five years apart and have kept close over the years.
Here's a picture of a real smart ass. My brother-in-law Ray. I told his son the day before that I'd be up to see his mother and father at 6:00 the next day and that I expected steak, baked potato and Cesar salad for dinner. I told Jason I was just kidding and Ray probably knew that I was but here he is, fixing us a steak, baked potato and Cesar salad!
Here's the smart ass again, with me and my step-sister Bim. I don't know how she puts up with him.
Mary's son JR with his wife Stacy and daughter Gwen. She's a little doll.
Mary's daughter Sarah.
My cousins and Mary's brother's Royce and Timmy. Royce, the one with the beard, is the same age as I am. I swear I don't color my hair!
Cousin Sharon, Mary's sister. We found out that we have something in common. We both like sy-fy! You should see her movie collection.
Mary has some beautiful flowers growing outside her home.

This is apparently what I look like after two glasses of chocolate wine. That's okay with me, it was the best nap of my life! My sister Lois has no excuses. She can fall asleep anywhere, anytime.

4 Hearts for Her Hands-On Man!
...from
Sizzling Hot Book Reviews
!
Here's some of what Vicky had to say.
I have heard of angry sex and make-up sex, but I think this may count as angry make-up sex. I would say these two burn up the sheets, but they also scorch the office walls, get steamy in the shower, roast the kitchen nook, etc. I have no idea how they stayed apart for three months when the chemistry and passion is so dazzling. Her Hands-On Man is a quick, super-sizzling read that also has full character emotions to add depth to the story. Another enjoyable hot read as we expect from Tory Richards.

Home Again!
No matter where I go or how long I'm gone it's always nice to come home again, and to sleep in my own bed. Alivia took good care of Woofy, Gin Gin and Jezzie and boy were they glad to see me. Woofy and Jezzie were all over me for attention but Gin Gin gave me attitude. I knew she would.
My trip to Maine was a long time in coming. I used to go almost every year. But since my dad's passing I just couldn't bring myself to go. I honestly thought it had only been ten years until I went to the cemetery and saw the date on his stone. Thirteen years had passed!
Like all the years before when I go home I get the urge to move back. I have a lot of family there. But, like the years before after a few days go by the urge gradually dims. My heart will always be there but the reality is my life is here in Florida with my soul mate, daughter and her family. Maybe I'll become a snow bird! LOL

We Love Bob!
Well folks, we're on our way back to Florida. Me, my good friend Laura, and Bob. We love Bob! He's intelligent, speaks clearly and politely, and we don't have to pick up after him. Bob, as we named it, is Laura's GPS. I can't wait to get my own! I think he's the best invention since home made bread.
You can't get lost with Bob. I swear I don't know how it's done but whenever we get off I-95 South for a bathroom break or something to eat Bob gets us right back on track. I can't wait until we take our next road trip!
