I just want to eay, I love your writing! Your books makes me want to read faster to get to the ending. What inspire you to write about parallel universe?

I've always been fascinated with the concept of parallel universes, and the theory that every choice and life circumstance might spin off a new version! Then when I made the big choice to emigrate, that idea resonated with me even more, as I imagined a world where I hadn't. I started exploring these thoughts and one particular, romance-based idea hit me so I went with it and it became my debut! I've also been inspired by other writers like Kate Atkinson and Matt Haig who have written on these themes. Thanks for reading! (less)

However, the Goodreads pixies have attributed it to the wrong author page (there's another CJ Connolly, a children's author!) so we're just getting that fixed - hopefully they're working on it and will be on my page soon! (less)

The Love of Her Lives soundtrack

Music is so important to me in novels, especially in my own. I always write with songs in mind — either the song that would be playing in the movie soundtrack, or just a piece that highlights the mood of the moment. The Love of Her Lives was a great one to make a Spotify playlist… Continue reading The Love of Her Lives soundtrack Read more of this blog post »
