Happy 2023
Serenity comes from being in tune with your inner self.
Peace abounds when surrounded by loved ones.
This is my promised land, at one with nature and my Cocker muse, Buddy.
Writing emanates from all the above.
I shall throw myself on the pen and enjoy.
Not just at today’s celebrations, but life.

Write with relevance - review
Skilfully written!
This is a beautifully written book.
It has great flow that comes from highly efficient writing that makes it easy to read.
Combined with riveting content, it was hard for me to put down and I read it twice in quick succession.
If I was to choose a word to describe all the issues touched on by this book it would be 'inequality'.
Farrell is obviously a man with integrity and conscience that provides the driving force for a cathartic discussion of these inequalities and how he coped with them in honest, emotional writing.

The Chameleon
The greatest gift an author receives is feedback from readers.
Be that an online review from where they purchased it.
On the writer's social media pages.
Or via a personal message.
Thank you so much and look forward to more.

Meet The Author - Kingsley Publishers
𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗹 is the Author of 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘰𝘯, a historical fiction novel that will tug at your heartstrings and settle in your soul.
David started writing as a preteen at boarding school whilst sat in the prep room in the mid-1970s. After high school he joined the Leo’s (the junior version of the Lions club charity), where he launched a community newspaper using a manual typewriter and a roneo machine.
For the next 28 years he prioritised raising his 6 children and developed a career to pay the bills. His passion and thirst for writing never ceased, so in 2008 he authored a short story series in weekly magazines in South Africa. In 2015, he became a columnist for 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝑹𝒆𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒍 𝑨𝑼𝑺 / 𝑵𝒁 until 2019.
That wasn’t enough. He wanted to write a novel, so in 2020, he enlisted in an Advanced Applied Writing Diploma in Creative Writing where the idea for his first novel came to life.
Besides writing novels worthy of awards, He runs the 𝙚𝙮𝙚.𝙩𝙤.𝙞 an empowering autistics group on LinkedIn with over 20 000 members and the Autistic Alliance NZ page on Facebook.
On New Year’s day 2022, he opened an email from 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀, accepting his manuscript. His dream, The Chameleon, was born.
Now represented by Kingsley Publishers, he is a member of the New Zealand Society of Authors and the Historical Novel Society, with his novel being released on the 24 June 2022.
This is just the beginning, the best is yet to come!
