kibberswrites:

Writing, for me, is a way to discover people. A way to explore what makes us us. What compels us to each other. I have never been one to doubt humanity. I believe in it more than anything. Though some of my writing is about disillusionment, disappointment, depression, I like to think it’s all a way to understand each other better. To love each other a little better. That’s my goal, really. To love people, just a little bit, in everything I write.

“Every story is different. What makes a good story is not checking boxes off a list of rules, but hitting the center of a lot of hearts.”

- A very wise trickster deity, probably. (via brynwrites)
