Story time: I once was walking back to the break-room with a full tray of food from Barnes & Noble cafe when a guy who I had helped find a book earlier walks up to me and asks me where a section is. We’re not supposed to point them where to go, so I told him, polity, I was on my lunch break and if he went to the customer service desk they could help him and he was like, “Can’t you just show me where it is real quick?”
