Rose Howe, born and raised in England, has always enjoyed writing, so it was no surprise when she finally found an outlet for her passion through the medium of her weekly blog. Her first book, 'Diary of a Redneck Englishwoman', is a compilation of those short stories. Stories in which she shares the trials and tribulations, the ups and the downs of life on her Eastern Oregon farm where she and her husband Darrell raise a variety of livestock from pigs to dairy cows to horses.

Her writing, which has delighted so many, led to the publication of two more books in the Redneck Englishwoman series. This in turn encouraged her to share her poignant early life autobiography, 'The Long and Winding Road - A Stolen Childhood'
