Review Copies Now Available

The soft relaunch of books 1-3 continues, and the next stage is getting review copies out there. As I'm doing this around my day job, I don't have a lot of time to dedicate to sourcing reviewers so I'm using a site called Book Sprout.

Paperback Cover Designs

 With the digital files for the first three books all uploaded, and with Dirty Little Secret now available to buy for the special price of £1.99, I've been working on the new paperback covers with the plan of releasing all three in September.

It's a learning curve, but I'm pretty pleased with where I'm at so far after just a few weeks of work. 

Still some neatening up to do before I lock them in, but the basic layout is done and the various elements decided on (font, colour, spacing etc). I think ...

Facebook No More

A few days ago, after some months off social media, I created a new Facebook account which would be used to help promote the new books. I got a few friend requests quite quickly and sent out a few more to people I knew and respected in the crime fiction community and was gearing up to start doing some promos in the coming months.

Outlining 'TIL IT BLEEDS

Work is nearly done on the outline for book 4 in the Louise Miller series, 'TIL IT BLEEDS. I officially start it on May 1st, and expect to release it on November 10th 2025.

 With the first three books all set up in the Kobo queue for publishing, and the business side of things all organised as well (I do love creating trackers and spreadsheets! - not sarcasm), time has come to start work on the next in the series, 'TIL IT BLEEDS.

Dirty Little Secret - the first Louise Miller book launches April

 

After being off-sale since November 2023 as I regained the rights to the book and the series, the first Louise Miller book is shortly going to be available on Kobo. The initial release is just digital but there are plans to release a hardback version either later this year or at some point in 2026.

Book 2: From Sorrow's Hold is scheduled for release May 30th, with Cut And Shut released July 26th - more about these later.
